Not the same place. It was a nice little mall back in the day. Now it's parking lot is dirty (trash everywhere), hard to walk from car to store with out being asked for money. My wife doesn't feel safe going there after dark.

Surrey Square is shady. All you do is stick to yourself, grab and go with the quickness. The inside of Krogers feels like it is designed for prisoners. Not really a place I would recommend to go to unless you have no other options around.
