DONT SIGN UP WITH T-MOBILE! The worse of the worse. They advertise " 15-day Test Drive Cancel within 15 days of Home Internet service activation. Limited-time offer; subject to change. Qualifying new Home Internet line and timely gateway return required. Refund via one-time bill credit. Max 1/account. May not be combinable with some offers or discounts." which I decided to try- and it did not work. I only had for 2-3 days, I called their tech/customer service department who verified that it would not work and advised that I indeed cancel and send back the equipment. And so, I did that. I returned their equipment right away (well within their 15 days) and received a confirmation of the equipment being received and signed for by their employee at the receiving dock. Fast forward, I received a letter in the mail stating that I have a $50.00 balance on my account and that they would send it to collections if they did not receive payment. I was never supposed to receive a bill in the first place. I called customer service and was advised that I needed to verify a 6-digit passcode- which I don't even remember setting one up in the first place. I do not recall this code and even gave them what I thought it was- all of which was told it was incorrect. They told me I then needed to go into the store and give them my ID to verify the account. I took time, energy and gas to go to the store and do just that. The store employee told me that all they can do is simply check the ID, make a memo on the account but then I would just have to call customer service back because they couldn't do anything further than that. I asked for them to call customer service and they would not do it but said I shouldn't have an issue now that my ID was verified. So I left and called customer service back- STILL could not get the issue resolved. The customer service department told me to go back to the store because they need the clerk's initials. So I keep getting the runaround on something that is not even my fault and I can't get this issue resolved.

Half the display phones don't work and no manager on site to fix the issue. Attitude from the associate could be a bit more professional instead of dismissive.

I had to go in and get a repair and I got amazing customer service from Taylor!!!!! Everyone in there was so friendly and talked to me and everything and I was in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back!!!!!! Thanks to the amazing staff that were in there today!!!!

Rahma was such a sweetheart to my mother and I. I was completely clueless walking into the store but she was so patient with me. She didn't mind my indecisiveness and encouraged me to get what I truly wanted. Her customer service was top teir. Thank you again Rahma! I loved your hair too, friend!!

Do not sign up. The internet was horrible and then they still charged me even though I was well within the 14 days. I spend 30 mins on the phone with them and talked to the supervisor just for me to still have to go into the store. Now I’m going to be late to work. I’m absolutely disgusted honestly

Had an issue with a sim card not working when transfered to a new phone. Couldn't get it fixed via the website. In less than 15 minutes the employees in the store were able to update my card, and fix the issue.

Yesterday I got the BEST service. Lorenzo helped me update the phones for the kids made sure he was able to transfer voicemail my mom had left for me before she had passed. He was very patient and calm because I was adamant that I needed to keep that voicemail.I was upset because Samsung no longer make Notes but Devin was able to provide me with adequate information about the new model and I have been happy with my purchase since.Chuck was a great manager that was able to assist when needed and willing to provide information to Lorenzo as needed because we had to change the account after adding a line. I really had a great experience. I was there for a while they provided me with water and kept communicating with where we were in the process as it took place.

The CS reps were really nice. But were not able to be of much help..The stand alone internet Towers they claim to be so great. Died. No internet. The hotline didn't help. Sent me to the store. The store sending me to the hotline. This is day 5 iv been dealing with this issue.Don't do it ..

On August 3rd I went inside the store to buy a galaxy note 20 ultra phone case and sim card I couldn't get the sim card because I didn't have the phone understandable so I bought a phone case and glass protector for the note 20 ultra but she sold me a case and glass protector for the s22 ultra when I got home I realized that and called back she said come in tomorrow to get your refund okay so on 8/4/22 I gets too the store only to find out that they don't have cash on hand that they are waiting for customers to come inside the store to buy some things so they can have some money now I have to come back later to get my refund the manager suggested that he give me a check I paid cash why would I want a check so now I must come back later such a inconvenience they are the worst I'll never do business with them again ever again I'm telling all of my friends not too buy from them ever they are unprofessional
