so disappointed to have to pay $468 + $50 tips for a hair color that was not what I expected and wasted a whole day there. They also told me if I wanted the right color I would have to come back and probably pay the same amount I paid yesterday. never going back to this place again. if you can't get the color you want, don't take on customers

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! I have very curly hair and came in for a Japanese thermal treatment — and the results are absolutely amazing. My hair is smooth, shiny, and straight without feeling damaged or heavy. Tanya and her staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and meticulous throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain what to expect, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I’ve had other straightening treatments in the past, but this is by far the best experience and outcome I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone with textured or curly hair — this place is a game changer!

Top notch service. I have been looking all over for wig care, wig wash and sets, or a wig salon in Cincy since moving back. I called this morning after a neighbor suggested Tanya's and they got me in same day and returned one of my wigs same day. It looked great and revitalized from the treatment. Anyone who wears wigs for medical (hair loss wigs), religious (Jewish wigs), or beauty reasons should go here for your wash and sets! I tried to stack this with keywords because I have been googling (and looking a mess) for almost a year since moving here!! Thank you!!

Tanya and staff are absolutely wonderful! Their attention to detail is far above any other salon that I have visited in the US or other countries. Tanya is a genius when it comes to curly hair AND my new color compliments my skin tone so well!

Wow! What a great salon and spa! I haven't had my hair cut in a while because no one seemed to get it right, BUT today was the day! Gracie gave me a great haircut that I love!!! Her and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They really make you feel special and provide a top-notch service! I finally have THEE place for my image and wellness needs! Thanks for a great experience!

I was given a gift card, without any expiration noted. Some time had passed. Went to use the card, asked if they could tell me where the expiration was on the card or if there even was an expiration date. Good information to have. They didn’t see one either. They had to look it up in the system, at which point I was told I couldn’t use the gift card. They didn’t try to make it right. They didn’t offer services while I was present in the salon to make it right. They did call the manager who later talked with me on the phone, explained she had benefited from taxes(information you should never disclose). She did not attempt to make it right either. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t take accountability for a lack of an expiration date, or issue me a new one with an expiration date. Nothing. I had to accept we lost money. I later was passing by, the location closed. I hope they add expiration dates on their current gift cards.

I had such a delightful experience here. I got my hair cut elsewhere and it was... not good. So I called this salon and Erica (I think that was her name!) was available that day for a "do-over" and she gave me such a beautiful haircut. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I went to Tanya's for the first time to get a Deva cut for my 3A curly hair, and it turned out amazing! I've literally never had a better haircut in my life! The salon was really nice and comfortable, and my stylist, Lindsey, was super nice. The price wasn't exorbitant either, compared to some other places I've tried. I'll definitely be coming back here for my haircuts for as long as I'm still in Cincinnati!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
