I guess this elderly lady was deliberately trying to be disrespectful no matter how much respect I displayed she threw an item I can’t get a refund for into the bag with force knowing I didn’t want her to then refused to acknowledge what she did as if she wants to play the same game in the future I’ll call management no worries

I visited the Target on Colerain Ave today for a few items and a pick up order. I checked out and the cashier was pleasant. I went to the other line to get my pick up order. There was a girl there with brown colored hair ( I didn’t get her name), (it was about 5:35) who was there to assist with the self check out customers. I asked her if she could help me with my pick up order. She told me no that I had to wait in line again, and pointed to a cashier that was ringing out a customer with a large order. Keep in mind the brown hair girl wasn’t doing anything at the time, and then asked me to move over so she could ring up someone else, even though I had been standing there, she didn’t call for anyone to help me. Another associate came over and went over to help another customer. I said to the brown haired girl, “I don’t know why I have to wait in line when you could have grabbed my order, since you are ringing out customers now. She said well I don’t know, I didn’t make the store, and rolled her eyes!!!She didn’t have to be rude to me, I asked a legitimate question that any customer would ask. Target I don’t know why you would have the customer pick up at the same place you have self checkout, this should be separate .I won’t be back to the store. I frequent there often but after this service today, I won’t be back!!!!

This is the second time this has happened to me shopping in this store. I purchased the snack sized bag of Reese cups and they are expired. The first time I went in store to purchase them and it was only of a few months expired, but this time I ordered this from Instacart and it expired two years ago. This is disguising; do workers not rotate items out? I normally love this store and shop here all the time but somebody is going to get sick from this.

always clean and organized. the dollar spot always has the cool trendy items and it's usually quiet in here. my only complaint is the long checkout lines since there's only one lane open and the self checkout only has 3 spots usually, it's kind of ridiculous.

Priscilla has great customer service I believe she is one of your best employees she should be one of your team leaders if you are checking out she is the one you want to be helping you she is so polite and helpful best customer service you can get anywhere

I really love Target always fun when I need when I go into the store the customer service employees at this store always very helpful and nice I would like to recognize Laura for her patience kindness and knowledge of Target products. She is an asset to your company she conveys a very positive attitude and knowledge about your store and it's products.
