If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Richie was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re ever in the market, do NOT go anywhere other than the kenwood mall tempur pedic. I’ll go a step further and tell you request Richie as well.

I went to a couple different mattress stores with zero intention of even going into the Tempur-pedic store. Unimpressed with other offerings though I was encouraged to try it. It was like a night and day experience. Ritchie was perfect sales associate - knowledgeable but no pressure. Had immediate answers to all questions. And the product itself was superior. I was warned it wouldn’t feel quite the same when it arrived, and having been delivered in 20degree weather I can attest to feeling like my coffin would likely feel more plush. After warming up it has been very nice. Delivery/setup was easy which was also in stark contrast to other options I’d shopped. Split king fit perfectly in my current king frame as promised! Have only had it a few days but so far it’s a highly recommend! Side note: I was also hesitant to shop at Kenwood for fear of price being elevated but learned, like Apple etc, the price is the same regardless so you are better off at the flagship Kenwood store.

Erin and Steven worked here when I went to the mall and the mattresses were so comfy and even had a cooling option! I loved how nice they were and very cool about the whole situation, I am most definitely coming back here maybe to even buy a mattress here! Great customer service

While the sales process was acceptable upfront, the delivery and setup was not. Was sold an adapter kit for standalone/floor headboard (not wall mounted) and told explicitly that the delivery team would handle the setup of adjustable base to headboard. They do not perform that service. Additionally the adapter kit hardware did not work as described - ended up using headboard hardware. In the end it felt rather transactional and over promised just for the sale. I would not recommend buying from the store
