Outstanding service and competitive prices. I visited four different appliance stores around Cincinnati when I built my house, and The Appliance Loft had the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. They were flexible and helped me work through delivery and installation options; they’re simply the best in the area!

Super helpful. Super knowledgeable. Very friendly. Fantastic use of a small space full of kitchen appliances. A little hard to find but I learned so much about the appliances that I was considering that I have now redirected my energies towards an entirely new line of kitchen appliances because I now know better. Haven't purchased yet but I definitely will be buying from this group.

We bought all of our kitchen appliances from The Appliance Loft. They made sure everything would fit with our kitchen and basement bar specs. They triple checked before ordering. Helped me give measurements to kitchen designer to be sure cabinet fronts for fridge would matchup.Excellent service and follow up. We had to delay delivery for a few weeks to allow contractors to finish our kitchen… and they were agreeable to hang onto everything until we were ready for the delivery. Pleased with everything we bought. Love our Thermador stove and fridge!

Purchased full house of appliances 2023. Very knowledgeable and felt it was a good deal and better brand than the big box stores. Had one issue of my own doing and they helped me get it corrected! Special shout out to Bill and Reese. Thank you!

I loved my experience with the appliance loft! I purchased a home that did not have a dishwasher or hookups and Matt was able to completely redo my whole sink area within a matter of a couple of days! He replaced the base cabinet, sink, and added in the dishwasher. Not to mention he picked up the purchased items for me. My kitchen is way more efficient now.

My wife and I came in to look at new dryers as we live in the area and wanted to help support a local business instead of immediately going to Lowe’s or the sort. After doing an entire lap through their showroom, with multiple people looking at us but never saying a word even though I’d engage in eye contact, I could never give my money to a place with such low respect for customer experience. Even if you have the money like us, dont expect to be helped unless you pull up in a BMW, Mercedes, or any other over priced import.

Great customer service. After buying boatload of appliances from them 6 years ago we have had issues with the Bosch dishwasher. After out of warranty expensive repair and return of the same problem, went to Reese (GM of store) and shared my concern about sales pitch of Bosch's engineering and quality. He contacted area manager and they offered us a greatly reduced new model as they suggested what we encountered is not right; Reese even covered the install fee and had it done with a week. We almost went to a big box store where low prices and free installs entice one; but won't get this level of customer care from them.

I have bought several appliances from the Loft. Service was incredible. The employees were courteous, efficient and responded quickly to all concerns and questions I had both before and after the appliances were delivered.

Wonderful selection and incredibly knowledgeable staff.We purchased out refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove.Our delivery isn't until August, but I am confident that there will be no issues with that. I am a pastor and I'm connected to hundreds of pastor, so if delivery goes well I will be letting everyone know that this is the place to visit and buy their appliances.Pastor Cole

Bill Z at the appliance loft was so incredibly helpful, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. We had shopped with other locations in town, but the service here was unmatched. The pricing and quality was comparable or better, but the service was so far above the competitors it made it easy to want to shop here to support a local superior group.

Spent quite a bit on appliances for a renovation. In general, very dissatisfied in service from a 'premium' appliance dealer. Calls slow to return or not returned. Not particularly helpful and sales rep misrepresented what was possible.

Great Customer ServiceWhen our refrigerator died, we went to Recker & Boerger and bought a new high-end replacement. However, they refused to deliver it to our third-floor kitchen, even though we had paid an additional delivery charge for this. They took it back and eventually returned our money, leaving us without a fridge.We then went to The Appliance Loft and bought the same refrigerator at a slightly lower price. Their delivery team installed it in our third-floor kitchen without damaging our walls, hardwood floors, or the fridge. Unlike Recker & Boerger, The Appliance Loft team was customer-focused and a pleasure to work with.
