Th repair took almost 6 weeks instead of the 2 I was quoted. That isn’t a big deal, but I had to keep calling to get an update.
When I went to pick up my car it was filthy and the back door didn’t latch properly. There was a fine dust and white specks everywhere inside. My black all weather mats looked gray.
I took it back the next day. The door was an easy adjustment- no big deal, but they did what I would consider a quick wipe down. I didn’t have time to wait longer. The dust was coming out of the vents. Th seats were dirty. I didn’t realize how dirty the trunk was until about a week after I picked it up. The paint job near the trim of the wheel well is sloppy. I will not use them again for auto body repair.

The process was very smooth. Tricia was in constant communication with me regarding the progress. I had a front emblem replaced, a bumper repair and back side panel repairs. They even swept the inside of my car and did a very good job. It's a relief to find good customer service again because these days it's extremely rare.

I've used The Body Shop at Kings several times and always been well taken care of. Both Priscilla and Tim were extremely helpful and responsive to my inquiries.
The Body Shop recently repaired some extensive damage to the front passenger side of my vehicle and it's driving like new again. Even with the current poor state of vehicle parts market, they quickly repaired and painted multiple body panels and had it back to me in less time than I expected.
If I need a vehicle or dealership services in Cincinnati, I turn to Kings.

Although the contact person was personable and seemingly knowledgeable, my overall experience was less than I what I hoped. In general, several phone messages I left were not returned. Left our car for a month while we were out of town and returned to learn several repairs were not completed.

Garbage body shop! My car took 8 months to finish. Arrive to pick it up and notice 10 different spots that were not fixed. 2 weeks later all the paint problems were addressed and looked fairly good. Take the car home and on the way all my sensors fail and my moonroof doesn't work. Call the shop and steve Nelson tells me it was fine when I left and was probably a fuse. Total bs! Listen to the bad reviews on here.

I came in for an estimate for some paint damage on the front bumper and the passenger side door. I was understanding of the fact that the passenger side door would need to be replaced, however I do not have $4,100 to do a ton of paint blending on the rear passenger etc. after saying I don’t want to work on a door that wasn’t damaged, the female running my estimate said have a good day and left me in the parking lot. I hadn’t realized this business was entitled to my money and how I spent it.

I have taken 2 vehicles here over the years and I do not recommend this place. The first vehicle was back in 2020 during Covid when there were lots of supply shortages. This vehicle came back fine but was a company car, so I did not have much to do with it. The second vehicle was my personal car which I leased and someone backed into my front end. Getting an estimate was easy and they made it clear it was an estimate. I dropped my car off and things were fine until I was unable to get ahold of the employee taking care of the case. I completely understood there were supply shortages. This is NOT the reason I am giving 2 stars. I am giving 2 stars because of the lack of communication. It seemed as if no one knew what was going on. 2 months in waiting for the front bumper to arrive, they tell me the order got cancelled... So now we had to wait again for this part. I could never get ahold of the associate working on my case and would constantly have to call back. I finally got ahold of one of their assistants who was very kind and helpful. He was able to give me more information than anyone else within the 3-4 months it took to fix my car. I contacted Jeep to see if they knew anything about this part coming in and they were on the case. Jeep actually contacted me saying the part came in! Once I picked up my vehicle, it was half-assed cleaned on the inside and I noticed my speedometer was up about 500 miles from when I dropped it off. The paperwork said I dropped it off around 530 miles (this was a brand new car) and I received it with about 1200 miles on it. They said they took the speedometer number from the insurance report which was about a month before I could drop my car off. Mind you, I drive maybe 1-4 miles daily. That still doesn't add up to 500 miles from when the accident happened and when I dropped off the car within 30 days. They should make sure to put the correct speedometer number on the form at intake. Because they failed to do this, I didn't have enough evidence to prove they were possibly driving my car. Who knows what happened! I'd steer clear of this place.

Enjoyed a comfortable customer service oriented experience. The lead person, Paul, was patient, answered all our questions, was respectful and courteous. This was a rear end insurance issue, it can get a little complicated. Paul explain this process step by step, giving us the information needed to make an intelligent decision. It turned out the car was totaled and Paul helpfully guided us through the last phase of releasing the car. I definitely recommend Paul and his team due to the excellent customer service we experienced.

Had an awesome experience working with Greg Ruskaup! He was helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my bumper replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when picking up my car as he had it washed inside and out. Super job!

I had a great experience with everyone at The Body Shop! I was rear-ended and brought my 2024 Kia Sportage to the Body Shop for estimates and at the beginning of December. The communication provided from Trisha from the estimate to when i got my car back was amazing! She told me up front that some of the parts needed were on back order, but kept me updated frequently on the status. I had a rental car from Enterprise while I was without my car and that process was smooth as well. Enterprise met me at the Body Shop with my rental when I dropped my car off, and when I went to pick my car up I just left the rental at The Body Shop. The work they did made my car look brand new again and it was clean at pickup. Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service. Lied to and mislead for 4 weeks. Took my damaged car to an auto body shop in Loveland. What a difference. Won’t recommend this place at all.
