Phenomenal place. If you are going to organize, this is the place to come to for sure. From kitchen, to garage, to closet and even your home office, they probably have something that can help. For organizing freaks like me, it can be dangerous! Love it.

Helpful employees, store is always busy despite it being 95° in the store. I asked the register person why it's so hot in the store and they said that their AC has been out for 3 months and they had a new unit put up but it doesn't work. I don't understand how a store this busy can't afford to get their AC fixed, It's a human rights violation to have customers shop in a store with hazardous conditions. Do better container store!

I walked in here looking for some parts to put some shelves together in my office. There was not enough people working. Nobody asked me if I needed help. I walked around the store three or four times. Nobody seemed to notice I was there. Horrible experience I’m going somewhere else.

First time going to a full-on organization store. It was impressive, and the staff were very friendly. Offers veterans discounts as well!

Huge store! Great location. Massive inventory. And the staff were friendly and greeting customers wherever they were and offered help if need be.
However, when I visited, I could see that they were working OT on trying to fill the shelves and display their products better. As they had masses of unopened boxes stacked up high and being staged to be put on shelves eventually. Considering that big project I’m worried that they might be a little short staffed.
Note: They had no wheel chairs or electric scooters for those that might need them, as the store requires a good amount of walking.
I would recommend for them to also have larger cart options (flat bed types) for customers to be able to fit the bulky items better and wheel them around.
Great store, and I am sure that it will be better once stocked up and staffed up.

Products are good, however the checkout person was terrible. We told her that the item was listed on sale back on the shelf after the price came up higher. She only replied that the sign was wrong and wouldn't even go back to check.
Ended up paying the higher price since I was in a hurry.

Drove all the way from Dayton because Google said this was the place to buy hampers. Tiny selection of hampers, large selection of overly priced plastic bins. My better half bought a bunch. The two star rating isn’t for the overly priced products but the insanely loud obnoxious music playing the entire time we were in the store. There are more speakers in this store than any nightclub in Ohio!

Originally, my wife and I were going to buy a classic decor elfa kit online. On a whim, we decided to stop into the store to see if they had a similar model for us to look at. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian, who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered solutions that made sense. We had to leave for an appointment close by and told him we’d be returning in around 30-mins while he worked on 2 design quotes for us. We were so happy to see he continued to work on those quotes and was ready to discuss our options when we returned. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we both are looking forward to our new closet! Often times it feels simpler to purchase things online, but sales associates like Brian serve to remind us of the reason why some purchases are best made in-person.

It was getting some restocking and new displays so it was a little bit messy but clean and staff very helpful.
