The dude fronted me 2 sticks of Patchouli Incense. Couldn't find parking - stopped on Short Vine. Guy outside. Was looking for my friend.Asked guy if they carried Patchouli Incense. He went to look & came out with 2 free. I Promised, and Will Go TODAY to buy the remainder..How Very Nice of him - told him it's my FAV for my car. Very NICE SCENT

I had an older device for which parts no longer seemed to be available online. I went to the manufacturer’s website to look for stores that might still have some back-stock within 200 miles of my house. Long story short, the stores I called either had no idea what I was talking about or were dismissive, told me “no” and hung up the phone. The messages I left were never returned.But I happened to call The Cupboard in Cincinnati and left a message explaining what I needed. Barry, the owner, called me back quickly, and even though he wasn’t on-site, he helped to connect me with the staff in the store to check the inventory. When it wasn’t available he took my information and messaged later with follow up questions to ensure he was clear on my needs.My receipts and packaging for the old device were long gone, but because of Barry’s care and advocacy, the manufacturer is providing me a replacement with a current model shipped to my home.A+++ customer service! Thank you so much

Great head shop just off of Short Vine near University of Cincinnati campus. May not have as wide a selection of items as back in the late 60s, but fun place to visit when in Cincinnati. (If you are a prude, don't go).

I was in town for work and had to pop in and check out the talent and inventory. These guys have exclusive glass from artists all over. I absolutely fell in love with a piece and ended up callin back a week later to purchase it. They were super friendly and had my order wrapped and protected properly for shipment and I received it in just a couple days. Super happy with my new piece. They also have a variety of art, stones and minerals, wraps, smoke sesh parts etc. If you are around this area I highly recommend stopping in. I'll definitely be stopping back next month when I'm back in town.
