I love the home depot for their product selection and how their store is organized, but this location's parking lot is not great. I wish they'd move the Rental Trucks to a location that made parking for the store more accessible.

Rude employees that blow you off and the guy that finally “Helped” us was clearly angry about helping us and even made snide comments about getting a tool we needed. The parking lot is a disaster. Stay away. Lowe’s across the street is much better.

One of the worst stores ever! Their curbside pickup is a joke. At least a dozen times I have tried to use it and reach time it has taken well over 15 min. If you can they place you on hold! DON'T SHOP HERE

I have relied on this Home Depot over the last year while renovating my home. After multiple poor experiences, and a final major frustration with a failed bulk gravel pickup, I am submitting my review to share that this Home Depot location is not equipped to handle order delivery or scheduled pickups. We will move our business elsewhere, which is a bummer given the convenient location.

Self check out wouldn't accept a 100.00 bill, so I walked to the other end of the store to the only register open and once the kid put his phone down, he said that he couldn't make change for a 100.00 bill. Amazing. Always a Home Depot guy , but Lowes is my new store.

Went in to find a specific type of floor strips( moldings and transitions ) the person that was supposed to be helping me decided it was more important to tell me about his years of experience as a carpenter. As a woman I used my experience of purchasing power and went to your competitor. They assisted me in finding exactly what I needed, without ridiculing and demeaning me. Home Depot zero.... Your competitor a $700.00 sale.....

I normally shop at Lowe’s but today they did not have what I was looking for and Home Depot did not either. I did however find a stark difference between one store and the other Home Depot had a dirty and cluttered parking lot with the carts everywhere and Penske trucks looking cheap out front inside the store, everything was dirty from the product on the shelves to the floor. Just another reminder of why I do not go to Home Depot especially the one on Pleasant Ridge. I find others to be in better shape. I do like the self check out with a scan gun. That makes it very easy.

If I could give a zero I would. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and never again, I will always go to Lowe’s where you will be helped and not belittled. I had to exchange a door I literally needed the same thing swinging the other direction. I explained that we are doing a big project and my husband who could not be with me had the credit card and he could send a photo.they tried to do unreciepted but I did one the day before so I got denied a return. An employee who was not on the clock said they could look up my receipt with the last 4 digits and the lady who originally said I had to have the receipt then responded yes they could. Once the employee who was off the clock left she then yelled at another team member not to help me without a receipt or a physical credit card. So I am returning it to another Home Depot and purchasing it at Lowe’s and will never step foot into the pleasant ridge Home Depot let alone Home Depot at all. I have always worked in retail so I totally understand having policy and following it. But when confirming that there was something she could do and just wouldn’t is absurd. I have no problem paying more anywhere else and having a good experience than dealing with the rudeness and this is just the last encounter. I have had employees make misogynistic comments when I am shopping directly to me and a plethora of other ridiculous things.

Poor experience in the windows/door department. Waited over 45 minutes and not one associate assisted me out of the three I asked. There is a desk with a business card I called and it turns out he only does windows and I need a storm door. One associate rang the overhead speaker and asked for someone to meet me there, but I waited an additional 30 minutes without anyone coming. Generally my experience with HD has been positive, but today I felt like I wasted my time.

They didn't have what I wanted even though it was on their web site. I placed an order for it on Amazon from their parking lot. At least the Home Depot staff were nice.

My mother has been a customer of Home Depot for years. She has purchased several appliances and even had an interior door replaced. This time she needed a security door replaced. RfInstallations apparently measured the new security door only and didn't bother to frame the new door. They could see the new door needed to be reframed. This information was was told to the Home Depot employee and the field manager at RfInstallations. The contractor came and removed the old security door that had been up since 1992 because this door was custom made and the security doors aren't the same size. The reason why we purchased another security door because of the wood and outdated door that couldn't be fixed.The contractor saw the wood needed to be removed and reframe around the new door not just put up the door. Some of the screws are missing and bottom hinge from the door coming out of the wood. I guarantee the contractor nor the field manager wouldn't accepted this poor work done to their property. We have phoned the field manager, sent emails and email pictures of the damage. We haven't received any email or phone regarding our issue & concerns. The new door will eventually fall down & we have to get someone else definitely no contractor from Home Depot to take down the down and have it reframed. This contractor from RfInstallations didn't have any pride in his work. I reported them to their corporate office and BBB. I wouldn't let home Depot do any project on our house if they contract with RfInstallations or any contractor that doesn't have pride in their work.
