Terrible buying experience at this store. We placed an order for a front door in August. Even though they had the specific, correct measurements for our door - they ordered the wrong size, which apparently has been a common issue, specifically with this store.
The store thought the door would still work, so they had the installer come re-measure a few weeks later. The installer confirmed again, that the door was ordered in the wrong size and will not work.
We made a request to the store for an alternative solution which ultimately wasn't accepted. In addition, we were told the lead time to re-order would be 12 weeks. That would have put the end date of this project at 7 months from when we placed the order. 7 months....for a door.
They were quick to refund the money, which was the only positive aspect of the experience.

Great selection, great appearance, but they need to hire people to give customers INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANTS... Someone like me!
And I really appreciate that they cut the PVC pipe to the customer's specifications!

We were at Home Depot on Joseph Road Friday. We were having trouble checking out and the young lady cashier really helped us. I asked if I could use her name in this review and she said yes. I just hope that her manager or someone in Home Depot management reads this. Her name is Austyn, and one of the most helpful, courteous and friendly folks that we have ever run into at Home Depot. She is truly a real asset to this store and Home Depot. We hope she gets some recognition for her work.

This place is standard and set in stone. You go to home Depot because there the best. You go to home Depot because they are never out of stock, you buy what u need and leave with ease. Home Depot has the best brands. Only thing is. Is im soo sad( as a welder)no more Lincoln electric..

We were going to rent some equipment at the Colerain Township ( Cincinnati, Ohio.)location on 8/24/25. The system was down to process rentals, no big deal as IT is outside the control of the store itself. We left our name and number for them to contact us when the system was back up. We received a call around an hour and a half later that it was OK to come rent the equipment. They were only going to do manual rentals no problem to us. We get to the location. We’re in line about another 45 to 50 minutes when a member of management walks up speaking to the cashier and advises him they could not do manual rentals. The manger hurry’s off leaving the cashier (whose name name is Justin, who is absolutely amazing to deal with) a bunch of upset customers. Having being a retail manager for big box and small box retail for over 27 years, I find this absolutely disgusting. The fact that the manager did not have the audacity to address the line of customers waiting to rent equipment. He left his sales associate up to taking the attacks from the customers who were told they could not rent equipment because the owner would not allow manual rentals even though corporate had given instruction to do so. The manager should have addressed the customers and answered the questions instead of leaving a sales associate to do it. The manger showed lack of empathy towards the customers & zero executive presence when it comes to managing a difficult situation.
