This hotel has a very warm and inviting artistic flow. It has very unique features that allow you to feel at home and comfortable.
There's art of all kinds everywhere, and the decor is exquisite ?
Also, the location is extremely accessible and minute's from downtown. I highly recommend ?

It was very quick to get there from the Cincinnati Zoo. The hill is a bit intimidating (for first time/ newer drivers), but on the hill makes for a beautiful view! The room we stayed in was INCREDIBLE! Very clean, very well designed, the shower is very nice! Would 10/10 recommend for everyone and anyone!!! ???
Food and drinks: There is a restaurant called Overlook Kitchen + Bar and it has a wonderful list of cocktails and drinks. The food is delicious!! It's a bit pricey ($18 for brioche crab sliders as an appetizer, $22 for the Summit Burger + House Fries, etc) but definitely worth it!!!

Management was very rude and charged me extra for smoking when I did not smoke in the room at all. When trying to explain that to them; they said a smart remark back and threatened to kick me out. Do not recommend. Ultimately got charged almost 500 for one night. I would pick somewhere else.

Valet was super Fr and knowledgeable of the area. The place is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and everything is super clean. Really nice place to stay.

Nice modern decor hotel it has a nice vibe to it. The people that work there are always great too close to downtown without being downtown. I recommend it.

I attended a four days conference and gala dinner at the Summit. I enjoyed the most delicious food while attending this event. I didn’t want to leave the hotel to eat anywhere else.

Beautiful, spacious, clean. Simple but elegant. Close enough, but far enough away from small, crowded streets. Plenty of parking. Good food at the in-house retaurant. Comfy, clean outdoor spaces. We will be back, this will probably be our regular spot when visiting

I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2024 for a conference. It's a nice hotel with modern & artistic flourishes but nothing too fancy either. Very clean & staff are kind & helpful. Free parking is a plus. Elevators have open windows facing inside the building so if you have a fear of heights you might want to ask to stay on a lower floor.

We stayed two nights here for our family reunion actually all of the family did!!! Nice rooms,I loved the colors in the rooms and the overall stay,what you see in pictures is true. Great place professional staff easy check in and out...they had events going on in the area. Thanks
Rooms: Love the colors and high tech equipment in the room.
Nearby activities: Our family reunion park and the hard rock casino was close.
Safety: Our family was safe entering in and out of the hotel. They also have valet parking if you prefer we parked in the garage.

This was firmly a three-star experience. The hotel aspires to be more, but the service did not live up to those aspirations. Clean, modern design and build, but deeply lacking in soul. Sort of like a Hampton Inn dressed up and priced as a boutique destination hotel.

What a terrible place, doesn't care about its employees, low pay for being the only one working and having to do the job of 3 people alone. Rude people working there and the hotel is really loud, overpriced (especially for the coffee), nothing is complementary, you will have to pay for everything

Hello General manager that I never got to talk to about my issues
No call back , no email
I won't go in detail about everything that was a problem. I'll just start off saying, summit is a beautiful hotel which is why I chose to book here for my oldest daughter bridal shower. Walking into the hotel with a front desk person just sleep, she never noticed me or the bride. Even when I said excuse me. There is no reason why she is sleep and being unprofessional. Phones ringing, other guest needed items but couldn't be provided because the service person is sleep. General manager needs to do something about this, makes everything looks bad. Definitely have pictures as well. Drove 6hrs , to only walk in, just to walk right across the street to Holiday Inn. Hopefully your front desk can catch up on sleep. Definitely not a good look for someone who does reviews for a living. Thank you we need to be accommodate for our troubles
