Chloe, McKenzie, and Savannah were wonderful to work with - I had an issue with some tile that I purchased, that was to no fault of The Tile Shop, and they helped me resolve the issue quickly and were professional and kind - they went above and beyond. I will be going back for more tile purchases in the future! Would recommend to a friend.

i went to the tile shop after going to floor and decor and every person there was very personable and actually wanted to help!! i will go back to tile shop for every project i do !

Friendly staff. Place always has tile samples laying around aisles but that could be because they are helping People choose.

Hours online say open til 7 on Fri. We arrived at 6:39 and it was closed. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

Google says open till 7:00. Drove across town in Friday traffic only to find they were closed. Not sure what time they closed but I was there way before 7:00. :(

Very disappointed. Took in a few piece of my tile and photos. Never saw what the guy stated it was he ordered and it is no way near the correct color or even slate when it arrived. He told me it would match very close and was insisting. He also did state no returns cause it’s out of stock everywhere just wish he was more certain about his decision instead of just throwing something my way.
Now I’m 250.00 dollars into tile that I don’t have a use for. The other brand I found was 75 dollars for everything I need and matches way better. Please if going to spend someone’s money make sure you are at least 99 percent, make sure its close if not tell them we don’t have so they not out more money chasing the correct color and type. This is not even slate for one thing. Very disappointed.

We were very impressed with the amount of selection here. Jeff was extremely helpful and very nice. He has several years of design experience and gave us a lot of great advice for our color schemes to match the tile. We will definitely be using their business.

Over the course of the past year, I worked with Jeff to select some absolutely amazing products for a wedding venue I was building in Columbus market. Jeff was incredibly helpful in providing names of installers, helping me select the best products for the various uses and determining the amount of material I would need. He helped me educate me along the way on which products were best and etc!!That’s not where the story ends though, in-fact it gets even better. During the construction phase, three weeks before the completion of the project, custom luxury vinyl tile was stolen off the site! Savanah the store manager took IMMEDIATE action. She called stores all across the country to find replacement material. She kept me informed all along the way and reassured me everything would work out.This was such a nerve racking experience because we literally had weddings and we were scrambling. I worked with a lot of designers on this project but they were 11/10 on stars!! I would not hesitate to call them and use them for absolutely anything you need. The products are amazing but the customer service is unmatched .I will only call this team to support my needs on this project and any other project. They truly saved the day. I will forever be grateful for everything they did to support me. See photos of the amazing marble luxury vinyl! It’s because of them I was able to host this event!!
