Ke’Vaughn was amazing. Came in on the wrong day to get fingerprints done for a background. He helped me get them done anyway and squeezed me in. Huge praise for his customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I had a very pleasant experience with UPS store 7395. The employee was very helpful. I can appreciate a very positive experience with UPS! I highly recommend them for your shipping and other services they offer.

I have already written a review but it didn't turn up here, and this is definitely a 5 star location! Why do people think they are entitled to free things and services? Everyone else has to pay, why wouldn't you? Anyway CJ is usually always working when I go, and he is one of the most positive and just exceptional customer service persons I have ever seen. He is ALWAYS this way, and after working in customer service for 18 yrs myself, dealing with the public is very hard when they make it hard. He is still kind and courteous to each and every customer, and explains things as in depth as he has too, for you to understand. I have no idea how he does it really, however much he makes it cannot be enough for this employee!!

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at this location. Today, I saw they put up a sign under new franchise ownership. I usually go during the day so it might be different in the afternoon/ night

I have been using UPS for years and this is the first time that I used this location. My package arrived to my mom empty. I feel like the guy that packed the package into the box at the counter knows something. How do you steal something out of a box labeled “for mom” on Christmas? That’s cold, man. 0 stars
