Katie was able to squeeze me in last minute for a bleach, dye, cut, AND style, and we were doing blue and she did amazing. Really sweet girl, too!

It was my first time at this salon, I wanted long layers and long bangs, unfortunately Maddie which is new in this salon according to their Instagram, she cut my hair straight and I don’t think she really new how to cut the bangs or the layers. The bangs looked weird like I don’t look like I have bangs and she also left my hair looking uneven, one side is longer than the other. She also didn’t even dry my hair nicely to have a better look at the hair cut, I think she probably thought I wouldn’t notice but I got that cut before back in Arizona and it definitely did not look like this.

Moved to Loveland from the Toledo area. I was concerned regarding establishing with a new hair stylist after the 33 year relationship I had with my previous stylist. The color and cut from Holly was more than perfect. So happy to have found her!

Poor customer service by management. Stylist didn’t know how to cut young boy’s hair. Took her an hour to cut my son’s hair that usually takes 15min. Several times had another stylist come over and cut his hair for her. Then overcharged me for a youth haircut. Sent follow up email to salon. 2 weeks later STILL no response.

Multiple times I have gone to this location and multiple times have the these “hairdressers” they employ flat out refused to give me the hair cut I want. I’m not referring to them being unable to achieve my desired style, but simply flat out refusing bc they don’t think it will look good/think I will like it..these girls don’t know me. I’m appalled that I can’t even get the haircut I want when I’m spending my hard earned money on it PLUS TIP. Never again.

I had my first appointment with Anna B and I am so incredibly in love with my hair! It’s been 3 years since I last had my hair done and have since had a baby and haven’t felt myself. She went above and beyond to make sure she was giving me exactly what I wanted! (:
I also had an emergency with my baby the original time of my appointment and she was so incredibly understanding and accommodating to get me in the same day - Thank you Anna B!!

Adding a special thanks to Tori Pelzer who helped repair and and treat my hair with the CPR process. It made such a difference and I really appreciated the care. She is very knowledgeable about hair and easily answered all the questions I had.

I got my appointment with Jordyn on the day and time that worked perfect for me. She shampooed, conditioned, bleached roots, cut, blow dry style. As always, great conversation and I am always more than satisfied with her talent and experience.
