I damaged my mirror & called around town and Tony was able to look at it same day. Had it fixed the day the parts came in. Super reasonably priced too. Will be coming back!!

Terrible experience with Cadillac Cincinnati Body Shop. I dropped off my 2025 Audi Q4 after a collision and worked with Mr. Tony, who didn’t call to update me about my vehicle for over a month and kept giving false completion dates. I was paying for a rental out of pocket and still had to chase updates. When I finally picked up my car on 10/10/25, it was dirty, mats uncleaned, and a plastic bag left on the drivers seat. Mr. Tony was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. I would never recommend this shop.

Soleil was awesome. This is my second trip to Cincinnati from TN to get a vehicle. Traded 2023 Lyriq for a 2025 Optiq. Great staff, very knowledgeable and supportive! I’ll be back when my lease is up in three years. Can’t recommend highly enough - well worth the three hour trip.

I recently shopped used cars at this dealership and had an incredible experience! I first contacted them through an online inquiry. Tiffany replied and was great! She made my connection to sales seamless and had my test drive setup, with sales, upon arrival.
I was connected with Adam in sales and Brandon, the used car sales manager. They were fantastic. They worked to help me make a decision between two cars and gave me a good deal on my trade in. Although I didn’t end up making a purchase with them, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here and all their efforts to win my business. Even when I made a purchase with a different dealership, they were still completely polite and understood. I would refer anyone I know to this dealership and specifically to these two individuals for their honesty and professionalism. Again, they were fantastic!
I cannot say enough positives about this dealership and experience!

Thank you for making the car buying process smooth & easy last Saturday, I am loving my new (to me) red XT4!! Gabrielle was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the car's features. Especially when I could not figure out how to use the fancy shifter. Brandon, the Sales Manager, was professional and personable. We will not hesitate to reach out to Cincinnati Cadillac in the future.

Had a great experience last week with both Brandon and Soleil. Found an Acura there that had exactly what I was looking for. Came to a deal and was in and out in an hour. Not pushy at all. Forgot the Finance guys name but he was great as well. Highly recommend!

Great customer service was very professional at explaining everything in very great detail. Put forth and effort to make sure my needs was met and provided great time consuming tutorial on how to 2025 Lyriq operates I’m so amazed how this car is now I call the nickname THE SPACESHIP it gives very luxurious head Turning vibes when I’m at the grocery store folks are constantly asking may I please see the inside of the car it’s very nice. Having an auntie vehicle is definitely a plus for me now because I’m loving it. Special shout out to Detailer -D, Sales Manager -Brandon O, Finance -Steve and my Car Salesman Adam these are guy guys.
