There skimming change. Sounds petty. And it is but nothing is free. Change was .86 cents. The machine spit out 75 cents. Lady walks away. I asked please can I have the rest of my change. She laughed and gave me a dime. Then walks away again. Had to ask a 2nd time for the penny. You could see her attitude change. Yes I want the penny. Peeked behind to look at the machine. Looks like they have little slips of paper in all of them to stop them from coming out automatically. Only the quarters drop out. Seems to me they try and keep the change and hope the customers don't pay attention.

Take “24hours” off the site. Yall literally close by the time it gets dark then have 1 employee just standin around, lookin lost.

Thorntons can we all please have an answer to why you are the only location that closes at a random time. Sometimes it's 1130pm sometimes it's 1145pm.sometimes it's 12 or 1215am. No other thorntons closes for 30 or 45 minutes at random. And if there is a reason you should have a sign or it should reflect this on the internet. And I watched as they kicked people out of the store to close it. Theres 2 or 3 employees inside why does the place have to close to get cleaned up. I manage restaurants and I'm sure the reason this happens is because it's late and all upper management is not around at this time. I'm sitting out front watching no less than 20.or 30 people be turned away. And as a manager of other businesses it doesn't make very much sense as a convenience store to not be open from 12am to 1230 am you just short changed yourself out of alcohol sales that end at 1am. Also if 2 or 3 employees can't clean and work then there is a much larger problem.

This place is a dump. It’s always dirty inside and out. The customer service is usually rude and unfriendly. The bathrooms are always closed. This place needs a management overhaul. Get some people in there who want to work. Worst Thorntons in Cincinnati

The black young lady this morning at 7:50am was rude she told me. I had to say good morning to get service. I told i will not tell you good morning do your job. She told me then. I can go to a different person then continue to talk nonsense to me. I finsh paying. When I finish pumping and leaving I see a flash out the corner of my eye. I i stop to figure wy am I being Harassed by this lady. I believes she need to be terminated this is not property costumer services

The employees are very unprofessional. They want to make judgment on someone without even knowing what's going on or asking questions. And then still talk about the customers or walking out the door. I will not return to this store. And I will spread the word around. The best advertisement is Word of Mouth

I've left and gone to speedway multiple times now. There's always workers, but only one guy ever actually helping people even when he hits a button to call for help. Waited in line nearly a half hour today.
