They stole/lost or damaged my down comforter. I dropped it off and came back 3 days later and they couldn't find it. Managers weren't available or only available certain days and times. I called spoke to someone and went back several times. Never received my comforter. I guess it vanished or is on someone else's bed.

Where do I begin. I would have to say this is one of the worst places within the state of Ohio. To start the store manager herself, Kim, is one of the most egotistical people I have ever met or had the displeasure of knowing I would say. I have been made aware of multiple instances of mistreatment to her staff. I have seen employees that are high and inconsiderate and I can only assume it stems from her training personally. Every time I come in it is uncomfortably hot, do you guys even have AC?! Honestly if the store was not under her leadership, I could see it operating so much better. Until that time. Stay far away, they will ruin your clothes!

THey lost 2 king size sheets. My sheets run between $300-$400 each. Guess they owe me some big bucks!!!!!!!! Their pressing isn't very good. I wish I could find a cleaner with a mangler so I could get me sheets done correctly and not lost!

They do a great job! In the rare instance where there has been an error, they correct it immediately. The managers are friendly and customer-focused. They are able to get my laundry and dry cleaning done quickly. High marks all around.

I found this place based on the quantity of reviews and the quality of five star.
I can vouch, as someone who is always skeptical of a near perfect five-star review establishment. I love the 24/7 pickup and drop off service. Service. Interacted with one person one time just to learn further about the system, it is Swift, it is easy, and best yet all of my shirts have not been damaged and the stains have been removed.
I would highly recommend for anyone who is in the market for a local dry cleaner.

Quality tip notch. Ways to improve service: No text message when delivered, rather an email. No way to modify in app. Also, no orange tide bag delivered for the next time. Tide kept the orange bag last time.
