I got 3 tires and and an oil change for $540, which I was fine with. I was scheduled at noon for theses services plus a quote on brakes. I arrived 10 minutes before my noon appointment. It took 2 hours for them to begin servicing my vehicle and then they quoted me $300+ on only front brake pads. I asked for the breakdown of the price and they said the brake pads were $70, with over $230+ in labor on a car they were already working on!? I can only recommend tires here and that's if you want them to start 2 hours late on an appointment time they provided. It took 4 hours for 3 tires and an oil change. Also, they put the mileage sticker on the window without asking.

Had a great experience! I made an appointment (highly recommended for the best experience!) and dropped my car off. Then picked it up the next day. I got all 4 tires and a sensor replaced for a great price! Plus I get a free oil change to use when I need it. Thanks Corey for the help!

Even one star is too much!
The company has to be congratulated for its disrespectful interaction with a customer who had an appointment at 8 am for 4 new tires, alignment and oil change. This are tasks that take typically 60 min and in the worst case 90 min.
Now today you made the record wait time of 300 (!) minutes, i.e. 5 full hours. I repeatedly asked about the wait starting after 4 hours (!). However after 4.5 h and me standing close to the reception table one mechanic apologized for the wait, however he had no managerial power and he probably was the only person that took notice of the situation.
The person at the counter (Justin) however showed the lowest engagement / care or help to control or explain the progress over the 5 hours wait, however Rufus at least tried once to assure me that the car is been worked on (very detailed information!!). My request to personally take a look at the brake rotors was passed along so late that wheels had already been mounted and my chance of having a personal look was gone (not very helpful).
The wheels had been washed before and came back dirty - no one even thought about wiping the durst off at the end !
I bought the package including free rotation etc. - I have again to congratulate you for the excellent business model executed in a way that nobody will ever take on another fruitless wait time for a rotation of several hours. So you will save on the time as customers will not come back.
Given the 5 hours wait I was wondering if you did not break another record: having demonstrated the slowest rotational speed in loosening and fixing the bolts of the wheels ??
My final point is: Stay far away from this place!!!
It got even more bizzar: Even though I wrote to the company first and waited a day for their response before posting it here, then two days later I get the call from the manager, apologizing. I asked how he can assure me or anyone else would have the same experience? Suggested to send me an eMail with his number to potentially announce my next visit - Result: No eMail, no further contact. -
Again looks like anything else has priority but not the paying customer !! — Again- stay away!!

scheduled an appointment here and for some reason they didn’t have it in their systems? how does that happen? so i rescheduled.
the next week comes, and on the time scheduled they call to tell me they can’t work on it that day and to drop it off the next day. are you serious? how is this business still running?

Better watch this place. My Wife was on travels and hit a pothole that bent her rim. They didn’t have a new rim to put on her car, so instead of calling another store to see if they had a rim for the vehicle, they suggested an hour of labor to bang the rim back out! Buying a super cheap tire to get her back home. For $360!!?!!?!! I literally called another tire discounter that had the rim which was $77 dollars and also informed her the tire was fine.
I try to never leave 1 star reviews, but this place gets that from me for the simple fact they didn’t even try calling a sister/brother store to see if they had a brand new rim for the car. Let’s just bang it out. Charge the labor and sell a cheap tire. All while making sure to tell her it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

I scheduled a tire appointment online, showed up and they didn’t have my reservation. They were already fully booked, so they said I could come back at 5pm the next day. I had to make arrangements for someone else to bring in my car as I couldn’t get off work early. They showed up and were turned away saying they were fully booked again and don’t even accept reservations. This was completely unprofessional to confirm they would be able to help me the next day, have me come in, then turn me away for a second time due to poor management and scheduling. I would not recommend this place and was very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Do not use. They will steal from you. My AirPods were sitting in my center counsel when the car was dropped off and gone when I picked the car up. The car had been literally nowhere else and I notice them missing the minute I got into the drivers seat. The manager claims to have reviewed the camera footage but it “cannot zoom” and claims they didn’t see anyone take them. Of course not, they’re small and were taken while inside the car. To make it worse, they refuse to admit this could have happened at their store and were incredibly rude to my husband on the phone. As these are an older generation, “find my” is not working. We never once asked for money. We simply wanted the AirPods back or at least a simple acknowledgement that this happened. Instead it was snide remarks and gaslighting. Spend your money at a place you can trust.

Had a very disappointing experience last week at this location. Replaced my old tires (Mazda CX-5) with brand new tires and immediately had low tire pressure in two out of 4 new tires. Had to leave my car overnight which was an inconvience as I do not work from home. I picked up the car and had low tire pressure issues again the next morning. Ended up taking the car to a different location and they were easily able to find the problem. It was a very simple fundemental step in replacing tires which was not done properly on two different occasions. I can't believe the incompetence level at this location. Very disappointing.
