If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place! Wanted $175 just to diagnose issue car window that quit working and would not go up. Took to another shop and they replaced window in track for a total of $70. Had I taken it here they still would have tacked on $175 for a relatively easy fix for most shops. Btw...this same location fixed this window back in 2018 and I was never charged an upfront charge for "diagnosis"! Not to mention, only 5yrs later and it's broke again. Once they get you in for diagnosis they could charge you anything they want for actual repair. If it seems to be overpriced you're still stick with 175.00 "diagnosis " fee. Ridiculous. Glad there are still more honest shops around.

If i could I would give them zero stars. My wife took her car to have the battery and alternator tested they said both were bad. They gave her a estimate of 1300 dollars lol. Took it to my mechanic 230 dollars for a battery including them putting it in. I thought it was a bad alternator is why I took it to my mechanic and wasnt paying 1300 dollars. We will never do business with tire discounters again.

I called a week ago for oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, I was rudely told I only called for a tire rotation . When I'm about to pay, I was told they didn't have any change, then he started to argue with me. Very unprofessional people TD has working there.

Service manager got me in right away and did remove two nails and plug two tires for me under the road hazard warranty so I was pleased. Service was quick and no other issues so far so I am pleased.

Tire Discounters employees are the best Great customer service, Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable . The shop is always Clean, hot coffee always ready . These guys are awesome. I recommend my family and friends .Keep up the excellent work that you do ?

I had the worst experience after having a flat tire. I made 4 trips in total (beginning on the same day that my dad died). I drove there on the spare and left the car at the scheduled time. When I picked it up, I found that some of the sensors on the car were still indicating issues (including a brake issue). They kept the car until the next day when a technician could check it. After not hearing from them by noon, we called and they said they couldn't figure it out and I should pick it up and take it to a dealer. After picking it up, we found that the spare was not put back under the car but just thrown in the back storage area. Returning the next day to have it put in place, the service person said it was because there was too much in the back to get it put away. Ultimately it turned out that he did not know how to put it back under the car so we googled it for him to figure out. Now I have found that they did not replace the valve cap when putting the tire back on however I am not willing to make a 5th trip to get it replaced.

Great staff, pretty good prices, but they cannot balance a tire to save their lives. I have taken to a few different stores and still get the same results. I finally had to take it elsewhere where they did it right.

Dropped off my car for service was called with estimate fixes were made and got my car back in just a couple hours good as new.

Called had 3 nails in one of my tires and the other were worn down. Brian said bring it in same day and got new tires all around. Price was not enjoyable but the customer service was excellent. I didn’t know tire prices had went up by so much but it needed done and they got me in same day I was very thankful.

As I sit here in the lounge, 15 minutes before closing time, I came home to a GIANT nail in my tire ? They were able to squeeze me in! Due to the tread on my tire being low, I had to buy a new tire but they gave me the family discount. I appreciate you guys taking that extra time. Not what I wanted to do, certianly not what you wanted to do before closing up for the night, but knowing Im able to get to work tomorrow morning safely is relieving.

Great Service, oil change completed in less than 30mins, 1 new tire plus rotation of all tires completed in less than 30mins, once again great service ?

Reasonably priced, quality work, and excellent customer service. Staff explains everything that's needed and won't try to step you up or sell you something you don't need. I trust them and won't go anywhere else.
