I don't normally even go out of my way to write reviews but I feel like I really have to this time. I was quoted an amount over the phone that was vastly different from when I arrived which they suddenly couldn't find anyomore. Ryan was the absolute rudest person that I've even spoken to because I dared to say I couldn't afford them marking up a part over 200% while also charging 185 dollars for labor on a 15-30 minute fix. In particular his 'we have to make money' comment was the worst part. It seems like that's a common trend at this location.

To my guys Jake and Ray good service but was disappointed I had to still take my truck back to dealership even tho they said they replaced the part my ABS and check light was still on my dashboard

My tire pressure light came on. I stopped in at the Sharonville PH store. Jake and Andy had one of the techs check all the pressures and explained the pressure sensor can be testy after a tire rotation. All 4 tires good and light reset. Back on the road in 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Had a vibration in the rear. I wanted a balance and rotation to see if the vibration would go away. I was informed that the front tires need replaced. I told them I wasn't in a position to replace today. They said that they wouldn't waste their time balancing the tires just throw new tires on it. I said again that I really want to see if balancing would stop the vibration. They said that new tires might do that too. I asked if that was the only option. He said yes. I picked up my keys and walked out the door.

A couple of days ago, I took my vehicle to have its tires balanced, and it turned out they weren't torqued properly (all tires). Thankfully, nothing happened to me, and I realized it in time. Please, I recommend that the work be done correctly and that customers inspect their vehicles.

I was looking around for some tires and I called and was met by someone who got super defensive when I told them I want to look for a cheaper tire. “Youre not going to find a cheaper tire than that”. If I was not met with that I probably would have came in due to the urgency of my situation. But I would rather not. Never getting my business.

Update (5/1): Ryan was working solo at the front desk, yet still handled his line of customers with aplomb. I dropped off my Accord at 9 for a rotation, balance and alignment and it was ready as promised by noon. Kudos for a job well done!
Update (2/25): I'm thrilled to share that I finally received stellar service from TD for the first time since buying new tires for my Ford Flex last May. I dropped the car off for an oil change (N/C w/a coupon from my new tire purchase), rotation and balance (also covered). I was promptly greeted in a friendly, respectful manner, contacted to inform me of a sensor issue shortly after I left - which I paid to resolve - then called again when the car was ready for pickup. Jake and his team hit a home run this time w/their attention to detail, communication and efficiency. I felt appreciated as a customer, which is what we all deserve. Kudos on a job well done!
I previously took my 2010 Honda Accord to the Fields Ertel location for a tire balance and alignment, but the car immediately started shaking again on the highway. I decided to try a different location due to multiple poor experiences at Fields Ertel with both my vehicles. But, I was disappointed yet again.
I arrived on time for my 9:00 appt w/no other customers in the store and was quoted a one hour wait. After an hour, I approached the front desk and was informed a bay just opened up and the service was now being started. While it only took another 30 minutes, there was no communication re: the delay. Same issue I’ve had more than once at Fields Ertel.
Lessons learned? 1. If you want great value on new tires, shop at Tire Discounters. 2. If you want fast, friendly service, go elsewhere. [Note: My decision to go back to TD is based solely on the FREE lifetime rotation and balance (and 1 year alignment warranty) offered as selling points w/new tires.]
