They saved my stranded self! Flat tire on the heels of a winter storm! They had a full slate of jobs and appointments, and STILL fit me in to their schedule. The kindness and care they have taken in getting me back on the road has literally made a difference in my life!

After a bad experience at another Tire Discounter location, we realized our favorite GM had moved. We will always follow Tom! The service and communication are great. Excellent atmosphere, fantastic service, and a wonderful GM!

Been using Tire Discounters for years. They provide great auto services and their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend you try them. When you purchase tires from them they give you free rotation and free tire balances for the life of the tire. It certainly helps you get the most miles out of your tires.

Great customer service!
Needed a tire patch and scheduled an appointment for the repair. I was quoted an hour and a half to two hours as they were slammed when I got there. Tire was patched in a shorter amount of time than quoted and I was able to get to the rest of my appointments as scheduled.
Thanks to Joe and his team for taking care of me on what was already a hectic day!

Brought my Volvo to the Kenwood location this past Monday afternoon with a check engine light showing.
Although they were probably busy with customer’s anticipating the coming snow, Service Manager Joe McGimpsey assured me they would be able to work on my car, which they did and called me around 2 hours later with a complete report and everything repaired.
I most especially appreciated that Joe never made me feel like they were inconvenienced by an unexpected customer, or they didn’t have time. He was thorough and explained the problem and repair. Thanks, Joe-

just went in today, 11/29, because my tire pressure was super low. the front passenger was almost flat lol. the team helped me out and filled them up for me. i didn’t purchase these tires here nor had i ever been there, but they were extremely welcoming and helped me without question or judgement. they didn’t make me feel incompetent for not knowing why tires were so low or what PSI they needed to be at. after leaving my 5 year relationship last year, and living alone now, it’s the little things that feel incredibly daunting and learning to be alone has been tough. simple & kind interactions mean the most & i can guarantee i will be returning for my oil change in about 500 miles and my new tires next spring. ☺️☺️

It took twice as long for them to replace the tires than what I was told so wish I would've know so I could plan. I also asked for them to do the oil change and it wasn't done so I was told I had to wait another hour or make another appointment.

Very good experience. The worker at the front desk was very helpful. I also received a lot of help from Joe. He fixed the problem with my car and was very kind. He was professional and told me to call this location if I ever needed more help with my car. He made sure the problem was taken care of in a timely manner, which was nice. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Worst experience ever!! Damaged truck and never paid after a Manager said she would from Walton Kentucky!! Only reason I'm posting again is my wife just tried to take her jeep there and spend another 2500 and I said I will pay more somewhere else!! This place is liars!! They will get on here and say send this or that and they won't do anything at all they just reply on here to act like they are dealing with their issues!! Walton Kentucky and Kenwood Ohio both know of the incident and did nothing to pay for their screw up!! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY AND SPEND MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THEY HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY FROM MY COMPANY FOR JUST NOT MAKING IT RIGHT

Want to give a big thank you to the guys here! I came in a little before close just needed my wheel swapped back and they did it no problem! They were super cool and kind and made sure my car was ready to go! I would 1000% recommend this branch of tire discounters they earned my business.

Joe was fantastic! He was able to get my Fiat in same day, with also having to go get my specific tires from another store! With all that being said had my car in and out all four tires put on, alignment and oil change! I will definitely be back in the future due to the amazing customer service provided by him! 🙏
