This is definitely the best place to go for a mani pedi. Every time I go somewhere else I end up regretting it. The service here is great and I don't know what it is about their products but they just seem to be better. My gel manicures seem to last much longer where at other places they start chipping off within a week. I think I've learned my lesson about trying other places. It's top nails for me all the way.

I come on a regular basis for Dip/Sns/Powder manicures. I’m always happy with how they turn out.
They never chip or break even when I have 3 weeks between visits. Yori is the best!

Literally just left from there. Obviously they do not understand that no means no. I went to relax and have me feet done. I do not like my nails cut with the clippers and requested to be filed however he continued to tell me it’s easier. I again inform him in uncomfortable with that and prefer to have them filed. He goes back and forth again and I think he is going to do what I ask however he starts up again. So I tell him no thank you and leave out. I am not about to pay near $100 to not enjoy myself, not be listened to, and not be understood that no means no. I was very polite about the entire thing as well. I’m only one customer and this is my review. Enjoy yourselves. I headed on over to ambiance ? Red Bank is my favorite just didn’t feel like driving so this is unfortunately due to his bad customer service partnered with my laziness.

I really wanted to do something for myself to relax; which is rare. Terrible experience. I asked for the same color for mani and pedi but somehow it’s two different shades of purple. The guy kept digging his sharp nails into me for most of the service and despite telling him that it was uncomfortable; especially when he filed, he continued. I specifically asked him to not file down the sides but he ignored me and kept telling me to not look at my nails and watch tv and that I was too sensitive.
Update: the very next day they started chipping and the polish on both big toes are smudged.

Man. Very disappointing. I go in on Friday, SNS. My thumb nail chips on Sunday. I called to make sure I can go in to get it repaired. They said I can come in on Monday no problem. The lady that “repaired” my chip spoke very, very little English, even the front desk couldn’t understand what she was trying to ask me, she was rude when we tried to figure out what color matches my other nails. Said next time I need to pay attention. Then gives me the wrong color, never asked what do you think, does it match… then says, when she’s done, you can leave. My nail is still wet as I type this in the parking lot. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I have a pink thumb. So just be careful who you get. My nails never chip and I change my color every time I go. I spent over $100 last Friday…. Very disappointing.
