Update. Should be an easier way to contact them. Not all that impressed with their returns as well. When you finally do get an agent, they are very good.

I have had 2 encounters via phone and both agents were phenomenal. I stated I am not knowledgeable and need to be walked through like a 5 year old. They were both helpful and friendly.

Touchstone is totally incompetent regarding professional conduct. They have repeatedly lied to me, refused to return calls, and have generally caused havoc in administering an estate of which I am Personl Rep.I have been trying for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS to get a simple piece of information which, for some reason, they are unable or unwilling to provide.Totally unprofessional and amoral people.
