I have never had a problem placing a bulk flower order until last week. I called and talked to Kelly. She told me I could come in store and place my bulk order as I wanted to see how the quality was this time of year. I am not new to this and have made many orders containing cases of several different varieties of flowers. Please tell me why I was directed to an associate that was obviously not well versed in floral at all. She tried to tell me tulips would not be available the last week of March. They are a spring flower? She told me I was not able to order any case of ANY FLOWER. I am aware that colors are random and I’m not obligated to take the whole case. I was totally confused considering I’ve done this multiple times over the last few years, and have never had a problem.

When it's busy the parking is awful. Not trader joes fault

I didn't see the grand appeal of the store. Didn't seem organized. The parking situation was horrible.

This location has very little parking. Fills up fast leaving you circling the lot waiting for someone to leave. Almost like driving bumper cars. Store is fine.

This Trader Joe's in Kenwood could do better. Customer Service is no longer great. If you call to voice concerns of product they don't want to be bothered. Also instead of their Mission of product satisfaction they act like they don't want to give credit or refund. Do better Kenwood TraderJoe's . Joe would be dissapointed in your store.

Not enough parking

They had a power outage, but the thing is. The registers were still working and they rang up half. The people and the other people had to put everything they shopped for back. I understand it may have been for safety. But then don't ring up anything for anybody. It kind of felt like the. Registers were still going and I had spent a decent amount of time shopping if you can bring up the lady in front of me and her eight hundred things, you can ring up my ten things. If the policy is not to ring anything up That certainly wasn't the case there was about.
10 of us that it just didn't make any sense. But I had spent a significant amount of time shopping. I don't think I'll be going back to trader. Joe's and I loved that store but this location.
Someone in my family has cancer. And I had not left my house and been out in a long. of time. And I got somebody to watch them and take over for me. And let's just say after 20 years of being an avid trader Joe's fan. This was totally just. I didn't need to waste my time if it was everybody again. I would've understood but it wasn't and it didn't matter. The size of your order really poor service. And I never thought I would say that about trader. Joe's, you cannot ring up half the people if if the registers stopped working. Totally understand that what this was kind of bias
