Excellent bike mechanics at Blue Ash location. Good communication. Most repairs and maintenance are done in a day or two. The sales people are good too. You’ll get the pros and cons of the bikes you’re interested in. No pressure sales.Trek makes a quality bike at all price points!

The Cincinnati Blue Ash team at Trek were amazing. They assisted me in a complete tear down and rebuild of a project bike that turned out perfect. This team will have all my business from here on out. Great group of technicians.

This bike shop is awesome. I'm a big fan. I have a Trek Speed Concept 7 and ended up having a last-minute issue with my aero bars a week before my big race. A race I have been preparing for over a year. Avery took care of me and got it fixed in time! They have a friendly staff and reliable mechanics to help you out. Highly recommend and will continue to get my business!

I wasted $2300 on an FX5. The blue color is much darker in person than the picture from the company parent website led me to belive. The frame had chips in it which the store refused to warranty. The shifter controls constantly fall out of alignment and need to be adjusted by the people at the store. I know it needs another waste of time going back to the store when I hear the clacking of the gears and sprocket. The tires and wheels have no traction whatsoever. The bike is always trying to power slide out from under me whenever I would go around any turn at any speed regardless of whether the surface was gravel, grass, plain dirt, street tarmac, or sidewalk cement. Now I cannot get the wheel back into the front forks since I have to remove it in order to transport to and from riding trails. The bike had blobs of grease or something that I had to ask the store to clean off. That was after I wasn't notified the bike had arrived after I put my deposit on it to be ordered. They repeated refusals to replace the bike for defects in the finish/carbon fiber. I wasn't asked if I wanted to swap the pedals that are the goofy basket ones vs the clip ins or plain flat style. Also didn't get a chance to buy a kick stand.I was also really annoyed at the very first person I talked to at the first store attempted to sell me a bike that I wouldn't have been able to ride (due to physical limitations) after I had only said I haven't had a new bike for several decades. They didn't ask what style of riding I wanted to do. I didn't ask what my budget was...anything that one would expect in good salesmanship. The one positive about this store was that they let me ride the bike through the neighborhood streets unsupervised. When I went to another location they made me ride it in their back parking lot and multiple people came out to watch me after they hovered around me in the store like I was some kind of criminal.

I bought my first Trek Bike this past week. I got home, discovered that the bike had parts that were different than what was pictured and listed in the specs (Hydraulic Brakes, Seat, & Hand Grips)! I started to do some online research and found other’s that have had the same experience.I was curious, so I called the Trek store to ask… why? They gave me the “we have a disclaimer…” and the “supply & demand due to COVID” excuse. I’m sure the local store does not have a direct relationship with this decision, but unfortunately the store personnel sounded like he was reading a script! I’ve not been the only one with this complaint.IMO it’s all deceitful & misleading to the consumer. Trek has great products & an exceptional reputation… they don’t need to do this to save money & cut corners.I took it a step further to see if I could order the pictured / listed products above… they all were in stock & available!Trek… you need to change the photos & listed brand specs to indicate accordingly! They’ve lost me as a consumer.

Great, friendly staff was very helpful in giving purchasing advice. Also, I had my bike serviced there and they were very helpful and quick to turn it around (24 hours!!). Great place, I'll go back for sure.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. I know if there is ever an issue with my bike or if I need any gear, Trek would be the place I go.

Needed a new rear wheel for my Trek Domane. Alex ordered a replacement wheel and installed my old tire and cassette at a very fair price. I will definitely do business with this store again.

This is one of the best Trek Bike stores I have visited. They have a great selection of items, friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I am in the area again I would definitely stop by. Keep up the good work!

Trek specialists in the store were not pushy. In fact, they steered me away from a much more expensive bike I was eyeing to recommend something that better fit the type of riding I was describing. I had a great experience with Cary @Kenwood OH, who was extremely accommodating in getting my new Domane road ready. I was able to budget for tubeless gravel tires due to the lower priced ride, which they installed on site at no cost (picture below). The guys in store are giving recommendations based on sales experience and real world biking experience. You can tell they're passionate about biking due to the personal stories you may hear in passing which often serve to gently illustrate a point about a bike you're looking at. On the gear/service side, Trek's lifetime warranty is awesome and will give me peace of mind while riding. I'm thrilled with the quality of my Trek shopping experience.

The service that I received was excellent. As a middle-aged woman athlete who walks into an athletic store, I frequently am patronized. The salesperson was relatable, personalble, knowledgeable and respectful. The other salespeople there were personable. Unfortunately, these are rare qualities in sales. I am going to enjoy cycling and racing with my new bike. Thank you!
