Excellent customer service; they are service focused to provide just what their customers need and want. We found that the staff was professional and courteous. Thanks go out to both Bruce and Bob. We found their service to be beyond timely, quite amazing how quickly they solved our problem with our projector. Beside fixing our other problem we found out about their bulbs. If anyone needs a bulb they carry their own brand which not only provide convenience but also at competitive pricing. We have found the place we plan to go for all our personal audio and visual needs and for any needs of the community organization we work with and that place is Tri-State Audio and Visual. .

Called upon Tri State to come out to my house to advise and install a security system. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable. Came to assess my property and security needs. I was sold. I was impressed with how smooth and prompt the installation went and even more impressed with the final cost. Great services at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for all your audio visual / computer needs. Great job Tri State.

We had a great experience dealing with Tri-State Audio Visual Company. They are customer focused and gave us great service repairing an over head projector promptly and accurately for us. We found the staff profession, courteous and very friendly. After fixing our problem with our projector we also found out that they carry their own brand of bulbs. This is not only convenience but also a good value. The staff went out of their way to deliver the best possible service, a shout of thanks out to Bruce and Bob. Tri-State Audio and Visual Company now have us as loyal customers for all our audio and visual needs in the future.

Brought my projector in for a simple solder and it was returned to me with new issues I did not have before. Called them up and they said they would look at it. Their definition of look at it must be taken literally because they plugged it in for 2 minutes, said it worked, and returned it with the exact same issue. ANYONE with a history in troubleshooting knows 2 minutes is not long enough to diagnose a projector. The man who fixed it was very rude and acted like he was smarter and better than I was. He said, "So you're the guy who caused me all sorts of pains in my a**** Bruce, the owner, was nice. I asked him to call me back about the issues I had but he never did. Basically, they charged me $92 to cause me more problems than I came in with and provided terrible customer support afterwards. Do not go here. EDIT: 3 reviews, all 1 star, all responses are the owner pointing the finger at the customer. What more do you need to know?

Do not go there. I had a problem with my laptop and brought to this place. They said they would find out what the problem was, so they could tell me the budget cost. They didn't call me and when I got there they said the computer was ''fixed'' and they charged me a fortune. Well, it would be worth it if my computer had been fixed properly. The problem was just a wire and they replaced my original fan for a crap.Plus, I had all my laptop's cooler system damaged as well.

Avoid this places at all costs, especially if a UC student. They said that they would look at my pc, call and give me a price so I can decide if I want them to do work. First off they didn't call me, they just went ahead and did the work. They called me to pick up my PC, and it was not fixed. They originally told me there was a problem with my drivers and they would go ahead and re-install them. They charged me 60 to re-install drivers and when I get it back, it still did not properly work, and they said they could do more work on it (and pay more money). I took it to UCIT on campus and got it fixed in less than a day. They are overpriced and unintelligent. .
