The two gentlemen who worked the day I picked up/returned my rental were very professional and were helpful every step of the way.
Great customer service is priceless (especially in today's marketplace) and having it will determine whether customers return.
I am grateful for their assistance (5 star service).

Called tt Rob who was very helpful and courteous. Knew all answers to my questions and this will be the Uhaul I use from now on due to great customer service. Many other U-Haul rentals don’t even answer the phone or don’t let you leave a message, don’t even have pick-up trucks to tent and then refer you to some rogue furniture company to use one of their trucks. Like they did at the Ridge, Kennedy and Montgomery road offices…. total waste of time to even call those locations.

I have never had an issue with any uhaul location. One of the few companies I can rely to provide what they are supposed to.

The only problem I've ever had with u-haul has been with this location. I have moved many times and used u-haul in other cities and never had an issue. This location made everything more difficult and the stress of moving cross country 10x worse. I spoke with representatives before I arrived in Cincinnati who were friendly and helpful but once I arrived and returned the call with more information the woman was abrasive and unhelpful. Informing me they could not deliver to my location, could not change my date to sooner, and offering no assistance. I had to change all my moving plans and spend more money to hire help to be able to get the boxes to me. Then once my moving help arrived they gave us both different stories and told me they could not release my u-boxes because of logistical errors on u-haul's end. They eventually found my boxes and released them to my moving help after bringing me to tears from stress and having me pay another expense to rent a truck because they did not approve of the mover's hitch. Highly recommend using another u-haul location if you have the option.

Bad.
They don't maintain their equipment or perform comprehensive safety checks. Sent us out with a bad tire and a screwy signal system. Made it one mile out of town before blowout. Charged extra for brakelight coupler that apparently did not work as advertised. At least they were friendly.

I had a terrible experience with the U-Haul Cincinnati location. When planning my move from Cincinnati to Chicago, this location assured me that the U-Haul storage boxes could be dropped off in Chicago without any issues. However, when I arrived in Chicago, I was shocked to learn that this information was completely false. The storage boxes were not accepted in Chicago, and I was also hit with an unexpected $850 one-way destination fee, 4x what the boxes even cost to begin with.
To make matters worse, the Cincinnati location has been completely unresponsive. They never answer their phones, and it's impossible to get any help or clarification from them. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to look elsewhere for their moving needs.

Staff is lazy. They will go into your unit and look around. Place is always dirty and NOT climate controlled. Staff likes to lock the door and take the phone off the hook. Floor is sticky and it smells, they leave trash everywhere. Staff never answers the phone. They’ll charge you a fee basically every 3 days and they threaten you if you pay late. Glad to be out of here. Look into other storage places!

Employees were AWESOME! However The truck was VERY dangerous! blinker was broken and steering was a hazard. I never want that again.
