Be wary if you try to fill up your propane tank here. They supposedly close it down 1/2 an hour before closing. I arrived at 4:39. I was told this as I held my propane tank in my hand. Then the worker walked in front of me to the tank to shut it down.Went to Lowe’s. Got my propane tank.

Horrible place DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! staff are very rude very poorly trained especially the skinnier Blond girl very bad attitude this uhaul needs new staff

Truck broke down on me while I was using it. Roadside dispatcher tried to tellme that they were going to send someone out to change the tire when I clearly told the agent it was not the tire, the wheel axel broke as I was driving it and I had to man Handel the truck to a safe area. Service provider said truck should have never been on road. I was not completely finished moving all my items. The truck had to be towed back to the Colrain location, but I was still charged for the gas I didn’t put back in the truck because it broke down and charged me the overnight fee. But the truck was not in my possession. The Manager acted like I should not be upset about the situation and them charging me and I should be appreciative that she refunded the fees that I should have never been charged. And acted like I was trying to get something for free because of their negligence. I will never rent from this location again.

Truck broke down twice for several hours. Service provider said truck should have never been on road. Transmission was bad and other issues. Manager at Colerain office hung up on me! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never rent from uhaul.

Pierce was a great help both times we visited(renting and returning). Even helped park the trailer with our truck. Super friendly. Employees like that are hard to find.

Evidently the “team members” at the Coleraine Uhaul location have not been completely trained. When picking up a trailer they were completely clueless on how much difference in customer costs between a local or one way rental to Chicago. I was told it was more expensive to go one way, which I chose so I didn’t have to drag the trailer empty back home. Upon arriving in Chicago I found out I needed return home immediately after I empty the cargo. I called the 800 Uhaul line to report my intent and I was told that I had to call a local Uhaul location “after they opened in the morning”! Couldn’t do that because of a family emergency, so I went back to Cincinnati.Now upon returning to the SAME LOCATION I picked the trailer up at I was told that I had to take the trailer back to Chicago. I did NOT want any to hear that let alone do that! The Coleraine staff told me to call the 800 Uhaul number if I had any questions. When I called the number I was told that the Coleraine store could easily change the contact for a local contact. Funny how everyone at the store disappeared when I made the call. Frustrated, I dropped the trailer without help from associates there.Plus, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT!I will pay more in the future to avoid having to use Uhaul unless it’s absolutely the last resort.I will recommend to everyone I know to not use Uhaul, but if they have to they should avoid the Coleraine Uhaul center!As a side note, when picking up the TRAILER I was told I was told that my mileage was LIMITED to something like 380 miles (not the exact number, but close). When did Uhaul start limiting mileage on something without an odometer? I’m guessing that this was a training issue and they really don’t track mileage??

Has everything you would expect from a U-Haul store. Employees were very rude. Pretended to not know how to do anything until we got someone on the phone from a different location, then suddenly knew how to do it. Return to a different location if you can.

Employee Matt helped me out tremendously. I was hesitant to use uhaul after a bad experience in another state, but he was so helpful that he changed my mind about the whole company. I had to get a truck for a one-way trip at the last minute and he hooked me up. Very nice guy.

The lady with blonde hair has a horrid attitude and is super rude to everyone!! I called and she answered the phone with an attitude. I called my mom after I got off the phone with her, who was standing in there watching her talk to customers. The customer had his wife’s card and was trying to use it because he had used it that morning already. She said that wasn’t allowed and he told her he just did it this morning. She was super rude to him and didn’t try to offer him a solution just completely turned him away with a horrible attitude. I understand if that wasn’t allowed but the way she handled it was very unprofessional.

The Caucasian lady that was working this evening was extremely rude from the time that I came in today. It was so bad that I’ll never do business here again. I’d like to speak to management to voice what happened

Bad phone service the GM is miserable and apparently this location is the only location that doesn't offer any discounts! No phone etiquette nor personalized service! Hope you feel so accomplished for becoming a GM at uhaul! Life goals!!!!!

I’ve used this location to purchase moving/packing supplies. The staff are tremendously helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If there’s a product they don’t have, they know where to find it.

Was ready to contact uhaul but after reading the reviews I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't know who this tina is but she sounds like she needs a check up from the neck up.

We’ve been doing business with this Uhaul location since 2017 with amazing customer service until recently things have changed. Not sure if it’s under a new owner but Tina is rude and doesn’t have any customer service. She adds additional charges and shows no concern for the loyal customers that’s been patronizing this place for years. She doesn’t know how to talk to people.I will not do business with them until Tina is gone. Uhaul, please get our old people back.Please look at all the bad reviews about Tina’s customer service. Get rid of Tina before you loose your customers in the community. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
