The online pickup and return process was pretty easy to do. This allowed me to pickup and return the truck when the location was not open.

It's really no stars. My reservation was scheduled for 4:30, when I arrived at 4:25, there was a sign on the door saying "Sorry we missed you. Please come back tomorrow when we're open at 9am." They are supposed to close at 5pm. The keys to the truck I was assigned were nowhere to be found inside the truck or in the back. I called customer service and they gave me info to the lock boxes and there were no keys in either of them. The rep told me I had to call the location to issue a refund for my reservation. When I called the location the next morning, the man said there was a note that I didn't return equipment. How is that possible when I did not get the keys? Let me call my lawyer.

Im giving this place one star because the service was so atrocious. The vehicles and everything else were fine.I made a reservation for a Uhaul rental here. I got there on time, but the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed and “do not ring the doorbell.” I went to the back entrance, where the door was open, to try to find someone, but the lady there yelled at me that I shouldnt be there and to get out before I could ask her a question. I stayed at the front of the store for 15 minutes until she came to the front and unlocked the door. I then asked her why the door was locked during the middle of the day when they had reservations, and she said her dad had just passed away and things were hectic for them. From then on the service was fine; the guy who was there was very nice.I totally understand if your father just passed away things are rough, but if thats really the case you can still run your business without yelling at customers and making me late getting back to work.I would suggest avoiding this location if at all possible.

The place is very clean and well kept. The rental truck was in good shape and clean. The lady at the counter, Monica, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from this location again, they did a great job!

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but the folks at the Spring Grove location took so much time for me for so little return that I had to put it out there that they really care about their customers. Thank you

Terrible service. We booked a reservation and not only did the girl seemed annoyed that we were picking up the truck, but then she added the uhaul insurance without us knowing (even though my original reservation did not include the insurance), then we were told when we drop off the truck after hours (5pm or later) we have to call an 800 number to check in the vehicle, she failed to mention that the hold time would be almost an hour and if we leave the location before the truck is officially checked in we would be charged an extra $20. We live .9 miles from this location so we went home to try and figure out how we could “check in” the truck. Come to find out we could have just checked it in online (which we ended up doing) but since we were .9 miles away when we finally did the check in they charged us. When I called the store to find out what went wrong I was told, it was not the woman’s problem, uhaul isn’t even her main business, and it’s my own fault for choosing uhaul. THIS PLACE STINKS, which is disappointing because I’ve used uhaul a number of times at different locations and always received great service. Stay away from the Spring Grove location at all costs.

Awful location. Experience through uhaul was bad. Has my reservation made but had to sit and wait to get truck for 20 minutes for someone to approve uploaded drivers license. They could have done that at the time of reservation. No place to leave vehicles at this location
