Made a reservation a month in advance to get the call the day before pickup we had to pickup across the city at a different location.. How lazy to not have things set up for a reservation that was scheduled out so long in advanced. Thank goodness I made a reservation with another moving company incase something like this were to happen. Just a warning to be prepared for them not to be prepared.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves major recognition. I used U-Haul recently and everything went smoothly—thanks to the exceptional service from Steve Torbeck. He anticipated needs I hadn’t even considered and got me on the road fast.

All good. Reserved the vehicle and it was ready when promised. Pick up was quick and easy. Drop off was the same. I have used this location before and will continue to do so.

super quick and easy, but when examining the turn signals and break lights on the trailer an employee had a cigarette in my truck, and my whole truck stunk of cigarettes,
honestly unprofessional, if you’re taking a smoke break please don’t get in someone’s car with a cigarette or vape, it’s rude. especially when there’s kids in the vehicle

I frequent this location for all of my moving needs. The staff is always on point. Morgan in particular is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. If you’re in the area I highly recommend using this location.
