Hi, this review is based on my experience with the curbside pickup. This is the second time in a row that I’ve notified the store I was on my way and checked in once I’ve parked and nobody came out with my items. I had to call the store and let them know I was waiting. The first time which was a few weeks ago the young lady apologized when she bought out my order. This time no apology was given. This service is supposed to be a convenient option for the customer but it hasn’t been in my recent experience. I understand things happen and the store may be busy but it’s poor customer service to not offer an apology and with this being my second experience in a row, it seems like this may be a regular issue with this location.

Got my brows done again by Maggie! Excellent experience! She is gentle and courteous and doesn't try to push products on you. It makes the whole experience enjoyable! Also the whole store is clean and easy to find products in.
