This was my first experience with getting my eyebrows done at Ulta and I can say with confidence I will be back! I went to the Ulta location in Kenwood. Christina was extremely professional, she definitely knew what she was doing and very personable! I will highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Christina!

Sara the cashier working 3/13 at 11:20am. Ignored when asked if they were checking out and continued to talk to another employee. The other employee did say no that they were checking to see what was on sale and continued talking. So I went to grab another employee, which informed me that Sara was in fact checking out customers so when I went back up there, she started checking out another lady even though she seen that I’ve been waiting for them to finish their little talk. I guess she thought I wasn’t going to confront her and when I did, She pretended that she had no idea what I was talking about. She had every excuse but an apology.

I felt like I was on a prank episode. I was absolutely shocked by the outright rude behavior I received, simply for having the audacity to ask questions. Truly shocked. I clearly just walked out without buying.

The store itself is fine, but they are soooo unbelievably pushy. I was trying to browse and have a relaxing evening and they kept hounding me asking what I needed, making me try products I had no interest in, etc. Normally when you say “just browsing” people leave you alone…. The icing on the cake was when I kindly refused to open a credit card, the associate said in a VERY rude tone “can I ask why in the world you wouldn’t want to save money?”. I will purposely go to a different ULTA even though this one is super close to my house.

I love Ulta and especially Kelsey at their salon. She is a sweetheart who is very knowledgeable. She listens to her clients and created a lovely up to date style that’s not “old lady” for this ageless woman. She also made certain I had what I needed to do my style easily at home. Her mini keratin treatments work wonders. She is a master stylist.
