I just moved to cincy and was stranded in Norwood with no phone battery and no sense of how to get home. They charged my phone for me after not being able to afford a charger which was so kind and helped me not be stranded without a way home. Thanj you UDF employees working the night of May 18th 2026. You are saviors.
