I went to the Wards Corner Rd location July 2nd, it was after 10 pm , to get diet coke. There was a young man working, and he saw that I was limping, due to a broken tibia/fibula, two years prior. He walked up to me and offered to carry my 15 cans of soda, I paid for them, and he offered to take them to my car. I want to say, how nice it was to see someone truly concerned and cared enough to go above and beyond. I should have got his name, so for now, I can just let everyone know about this young man's kind gesture, to help someone, that truly appreciated the help.

Went in this location with my family after dinner on Saturday 6/25 to get ice cream. After going to the counter and realizing that there wasn’t any ice cream in the freezer, one of the three guys behind the counter explained that every Saturday and Wednesday they put the ice cream in the back freezer so the freezers up front can “defrost.” First of all, why do this on a Saturday, assuming this is one of the busiest days customers go in for ice cream. Also, from a customers stand point and previously working in the service industry, it seemed to me that the workers were actually just lazy and didn’t feel like serving ice cream which isn’t good for the business. If there is any truth behind what we were told, don’t do a “defrost night” on a weekend night or better yet, do it overnight! Instead we have our business to the Norwood Creamy Whip around the corner which was very busy for obvious reasons.

Bad customer service. Rude employee. Just stopped to purchase a liter of coke , they were on sale Buy one get one $2.99. They did not ring up correctly, the employee refused to correct it & refused to even go look at the sign.

They wouldn't serve me ice cream that was out of the freezer and in the display case even though I was the only one in the store because they said they were too short staffed.

I came in to order a malt, both male workers just stare at me. One goes to the back and the other rubs his eyes and continues to stare and doesn’t have remotely any customer service skills with “how may I help you”. I go ahead a tell him I would like a malt. As he’s making it I could tell from his body language he didn’t want to be doing what he was doing. He ends up filling it too high then goes to pour some of it out in the sink then puts lid on and washes the outside of cup under running water then sets it on counter to hand to me without wiping the cup mind you by this point the cup wet it was dripping water it made a puddle on the counter. This is uncalled for and the whole time the worker didn’t say one word. I was so unpleased I threw the malt out. I’m not gonna eat something that was handled poorly like that.His customer service is unbelievably rude and frankly disrespectful. He needs retrained and coached or something

We walked in at 8:30pm to get some ice cream and were told their ice cream station was closed for the night...I've been to a lot of UDF locations and have never heard of them not offering ice cream while they were open.

Anna Marie gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had in a UDF! I simply stopped in to get my morning coffee and it was a joy to waited on by her. She was so happy and pleasant. Her personality was infectious. She would always be my morning cashier because she surely made my morning brighter!

I bought 2 malts on 5/20/2021. The male worker was unfriendly. He didnt fill the malts up all the way and he didnt mix well. All of the malt mix was stuck to the bottom. He didn't display any customer service skills. Normally I receive good customer service at this location but not today.

Anna Marie gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had in a UDF! I simply stopped in to get my morning coffee and it was a joy to waited on by her. She was so happy and pleasant. Her personality was infectious. She would always be my morning cashier because she surely made my morning brighter!

The long m-term staffers here are literally a staple in the community. It’s hit or miss, though; some of the staff gives you the impression they wish you didn’t exist!
