I would give this zero stars if I could. In all honesty I have never been met with worse customer service. I tried to order a frame for my son who is achieving his Masters degree from there in December online. Note: We are from Saskatchewan Canada. I placed the order and much later received an email stating canceled. After 2 separate calls I finally spoke to the manager who told me to come into the store and get it, as they cannot ship to Canada. I explained that we are 10,000 miles away and would pay extra for shipping but she was not having it. No phone call to explain this, until I called them and asked why. For a son who is spending over $25000.00 on his Masters Degree, one would think getting a frame to display the achievement would be possible. The manager was rude and unrealistic as clearly shipping to Canada from the US happens all the time.

It was great going back to the bookstore and getting some swag. I graduated in 1990 and promptly left Cincinnati. Just moved back after 30 years away. It was amazing being back on campus. The bookstore is very large, clean and lots of stuff. Purchase a new hat, car decal and some stickers.

Nice little bookstore. The staff member was helpful and kind despite the fact I went to the wrong bookstore for what I needed? They have basic office supplies and books, just like a college bookstore should. 5/5 stars.Only thing is—it was a little hard to find, but it is in the back of the food court building. You have to resist the urge to stop at the chick fil a on your way to it haha. If you can’t handle that temptation, maybe plug your nose on the way by….

Four months ago, I visited this store and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, and helpful, and made my shopping spree a breeze.With high expectations, I decided to visit the store again. However, upon entering, I noticed no one was present at the front desk for the first few minutes. I was checking an iPad on display (Which I was planning to buy).As soon as I touched it, an alarm went off and drew the attention of a staff member. I expected the employee to address the situation calmly because the mistake wasn't mine. Instead, the staff member appeared upset and was rather rude in his approach. He immediately asked me to leave the area, making me feel like I had caused trouble.I had only entered the store for three minutes and hadn't even had a chance to look for all of the items I wanted to purchase. This made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, leading me to leave the store without making any purchases.

Plenty of options to show Bearcat pride. Clothing was a little pricey but that was to be expected in campus.
