Now that we got rid of that no account Manager Billy this place is not too bad. Things are going rather well the only really big problem is they need another store across the street this place is more than busy just about any day of the week customers are backed up out the door.

Dawnelle helped me with returning my Spectrum equipment, she was so sweet and helpful! The service was very fast, and as I am writing this review from my car, people are coming and going quickly and easily! Customer service is a tough job, and the ladies here today were so pleasant <3

I use this location quite a bit for returning items to stores and books to my college. Every time I come in, if I need assistance, it’s readily available. Even if they are busy, they always make sure to communicate and engage with the customer, even if they can’t assist immediately. In today’s society, good customer service is RARE but this store always makes sure they are friendly and helpful. I appreciate it so much!

generally, this store is pretty decent, but there have been multiple occasions where the sign says they’re supposed to open at 8 AM and they’re not open. Besides that it’s a nice little place, convenient.

Had gone in 2 times to this location, first experience was simple although they were very busy. The second experience seemed easy, but I’m currently having trouble tracking a package that was supposed to be sent out for return but isn’t appearing in the USPS system which is where my return label was printed, was assured UPS could accept it. They printed the receipt I left. I called today because neither side shows anything was scanned or picked up, and I asked if they could look it up on their to make sure it was scanned in, the lady told me a few times that it’s because it’s USPS and they’re unable to track once sent out of their location I said USPS isn’t showing it on their end either and I dropped it off Saturday. She spoke over me multiple times and said she’d go get the manager… proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me I immediately called back multiple times and they forwarded my calls to voicemail.

The store is always so busy and most recently very busy. Earlier this week, I walked into a lobby full of people and a line of people followed me in the door. I was greeted by a young blonde girl behind the register. When it was my turn to be waited on again, I was greeted by her as she waited on me. Her name was Angelica and she was so friendly, cheerful and couldn’t help me enough. As I waited in line to get to the register , I could hear her talking to the other customers as she waited on them . She was such a polite, smart, young lady, and I was so happy when it was my turn , She waited on me. Your staff is always quick and very professional. I will always come to the store.

I just wanted to say I stopped after work on 8/13/24 and it was crazy busy, and I think they were short a person, but the young, blond woman working was so friendly and kind. I didn't catch her name, but under the stress she was great.

The staff are so helpful and kind. I always need much help because I don't understand navigating computer instructions. (I don't understand my cellphone either,, but that's a whole nother issue.)
The gist is that I am unafraid to walk into an UPS office because I'm confident they will help me accomplish my task and I will not have to be ashamed of my disability as I leave. I really appreciate that!
