I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. Then back to the other customers and back to me and so forth. A helpful and hard worker for sure. Thanks again Feruza

Just had one of the best customer experiences ever. Just stopped in at the Kenwood location, immediately greeted by one team member who was working on something. Before I got to the counter, a young man came around from the back, walked up to meet me, greeted me, took my package and gave me a paper receipt (he asked whether I wanted paper or email). While it was a quick interaction, his upbeat mood and close attention to me was impressive. I wish I'd gotten his name. He is to be commended. Always great, friendly service at this location.

I shipped a piece a one of one art from this store location. The art is not replaceable. The package went missing. I filed a missing package claim with an employee at the store. I follow up a couple weeks after and was informed there was no update and to wait. A couple months later I followed up again. The manager informed me that the employee did not file a missing package claim and since it had now been past 90 days there’s nothing they can do. I did exactly what I was told to do and did nothing wrong on my end and the owner of the company will not honor the insurance for the package.
The manager even stated “I’m pretty positive I know exactly which employee it was that did not file the missing package claim” so she even admitting it was not fault to me but the fault of her own employees.
I recommend keeping very close track of all packages shipped from this store.. employees name, date, timing, get receipts for everything, and follow up constantly about any missing packages.
I am sol and now I have to compensate out of my pockets for this piece of art that I shipped and did everything correctly to ship this package.
I’ve been overcharged at other UPS locations as well as they are franchised.
This is very disappointing that the owner of this location will not honor the insurance since I did absolutely nothing wrong and followed directions correctly on my end.

I shipped a $1100 speaker through them. I paid the store to pack the speaker and I insured it. the shipper messed my speaker up by not properly packing it so it arrived to the location damaged. The buyer received the speaker and asked for a refund which I gave him. I call the store and the owner knows it was their fault and starts a case for me. The buyer has the speaker and asked to ship it back and I was going to let him but UPS said if I did it would void the case.
So he has the speaker and I talk to the corporate offices and they asked for pictures of the speaker damage along with price of the speaker. I don’t have possession of the speaker so I have to get the buyer to send me pictures. He does so but it’s an inconvenience to him. I send the damage pictures to them and then they say that I need to get quotes for the repair.
I don’t have the speaker and I can’t get it shipped back or it voids my warranty. The buyer has no reason to help me. I sent the pics of the damage to repair shops and all of them say that they need to see the speaker in person to assess the repairs and won’t give me quotes. This has been months. I think I sold the speaker in November of 2024 and it’s the middle of April of 2025 and no resolve. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Don’t ship from here.

The price was entirely too high with no actual insurance coverage not offered any other pricing. Just ask for payment.
The price to ship this item was more than I paid for the item in the box.
I should have went to the United States Post office.
I will never send another package through the UPS service.

Zero customer service from John, something is wrong with the website for scheduling to pick up your items from the store. Instead of handling it and pulling my package off route like the last person he said “that’s to much work” and “they shouldn’t of done that it’s your responsibility” not my fault the usps website is not registering.
Update called the usps 1800 number and they stated that John is incorrect and they should absolutely pull the order off route for pick up.
(Now they won’t answer the phone and just let it ring)

The man who helped me was very nice and helpful. I noticed he was the same way with everyone he interacted with while I was in the store.

This guy Isiah claimed to be the manager and refused to open a mailbox because he said he didn't know how to do that. I he said I'd have to come back when somebody that knew how to do a basic function of the UPS store was available. These employees are poorly trained and unaware of how to fulfill what UPS does. I'm not sure who I can expect to open a mailbox. This is supposed to be what UPS does!.
