I would not recommend this UPS Store to anyone. I have had multiple miserable experiences with the attitude, demeanor and service here. The first time I got something notarized, he refused since I had recently moved and my work address was on the document. The second time I went in (today), he flat out refused me service saying he wasn't a notary. Then how did he notarize my first document previously?? He is unhelpful, rude and completely unprofessional. I will take my services elsewhere.

Most unpleasant and least satisfactory experience that I’ve had in many months. The employee at this location was rude, no courtesy or manners . He was difficult to communicate with and had no interest in helping me. I would avoid this location and this person at all costs.

Would only recommend going here if you're dropping something off, ready to go with your own label already. Aside from that, I've tried to return Amazon returns at the self-service station several times to avoid waiting in the long line. Appears broken, no functioning screen, scanner, etc. I've never had the owner be rude to me like other reviews suggest, but friendliness and a sense of urgency are severely lacking. I'd recommend driving a few extra mins to a different store, unfortunately.

The person that worked. There was not friendly, not helpful and not busy. I just would rather not be a part of helping people.And I can tell why this is not your best ups store socks of people even have to go in there

I've had consistently poor experiences at this UPS Store. The main employee, who I believe may be the owner or manager, is consistently unfriendly—especially when handling Amazon returns. His attitude feels unwelcoming, and even basic questions (like whether UPS will pick up my return today) are met with what seems like unnecessary hostility.
If this location weren’t the most convenient option for my commute, I’d take my business elsewhere. I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service from UPS Stores, and unfortunately, this one falls short every single time.

Pristine customer service! The gentleman and woman working there were so kind and helpful! They were efficient and super helpful! I would give a 10 star rating if I could! This was from the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t waste your time and go to another store.
The employee was not only able to provide information about the requirements of international shipping, but told me that I should already know everything before coming into the store (very rude!). Also the employee denied to scan the label as I had clear tape on it (with terrible attitude!). I asked if he can reprint the label in that case, first, he denied the he wanted me to email him the label and charge me for that (however, another UPS location had no problem scanning the label). Finally, I had to contact the customer service so they can kindly share the shipping requirements.
UPS store please train your employees. This level of customer support is unacceptable!
