I recently went to the UPS store to get some copies made for our Labor Day Poker Game. I explained to Aaliyah what I needed to do, and this girl did not hesitate. She knew exactly what I needed before I even told her. Not to mention, I came in at 630 when they close at 7. She didn’t even hesitate to help me, and get it all done right away for me. The best part was she did it all with a smile on her face. She was kind, friendly, and I appreciated her being so sweet. She could have made me come back the next day, and I appreciate her valuing my time. I will be coming back for all of my office needs. Thank you Aliyah for making a task I thought would be difficult so very simple! You made my day a little easier. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I brought two boxes worth of textbooks to return to knetbooks and I was only given one return label by the site but the books came in two boxes. I was displeased to find out that I would have to purchase a $12 box to accommodate all the textbooks with the one label. At no fault of UPS, they still helped me out so that I didn’t have to purchase a box. Great customer service!

Went there to return some computer equipment to my employer. Employer paid shipping. My employer even had instructions on what to do for me and UPS. This was my first time ever returning sending anything via UPS and WOW this will be my last. The incompetence of the employee working the front desk. I handed him the instructions from my company. All he had to do was type in the account number and TA - DA. But sadly common sense is not common. Thank you Fed Ex for taking care of me even when you were busy. UPS is the worst.

The staff in my local UPS store are amazing they are always pleasant and helpful. They greet each guest that walks in with a smile and a welcome. I have to say GARY is the most personable person every time I come in he is very helpful and always gives you all the information you need about your shipment. In today’s world of customer service it’s rare to find a whole crew of wonderful people and you all have found that in your Colerain store!

Store associate was not helpful in assisting shipper to the most cost-effective shipping option. Over-packing resulted is unnecessary substantially higher fee. Did not record necessary contact info of recipient to aid in processing for customs. Did not inform shipper of expected delays and additional fees for customs. Did not assist shipper in properly reporting item value so as to avoid unnecessary additional import duties.
Receiver received NO notifications from UPS regarding impending ("attempted") delivery, problems regarding import duties owed, or how to resolve them. Tracking webpage did not work when accessed via Chrome browser on an Android device. (SERIOUSLY?!?) And no message was conveyed until deep in the telephoned customer service channel that a lack of tracking information could be due to an incompatibility between the webpage and CHROME BROWSER ON AN ANDROID DEVICE. (Yes, repeated for emphasis.) And after all that, an additional working day (really, WEEK, except that I angrily persisted) to get a charge breakdown of the import duty overcharge!
The package contents contained protective sports equipment. Putting aside the exorbitant cost and lack of actual delivery attempts, the lack of communication resulted in sufficient delays that the athlete for whom the equipment was intended suffered a significant preventable injury without it. The infuriating breakdowns and shortcomings throughout the process result in me having no reason to trust UPS or The UPS Store for any remotely important international shipping need.
