ups.com is horrible. We had payment and service fees that were more than the freight bill. Payment policies, service fees, customer support all of it is horrible. My business had to pay there fee to make them go away. We immediately closed the account. You know there are other shipping options right?

Always an issue with delays from the Sharonville location. My package is currently in New Philadelphia instead of delivered to me because the Sharonville facility sorted incorrectly.

The new employee at the counter didn't know what he was doing and now my previous owl lamp that was being shipped for sale is unobtainable
