The last time I got a tire from this place, I was given the wrong size tire. I was given a 185/55/16 for a car that needed 205/65/16. I did not realize that the tire was the wrong size because I’ve gone here before and had no issues. The same day, the tire blew out on me and I had to use my spare. I returned the next day and was told by another worker that they did not have the tires I needed in stock, but to return on Monday because the owner usually gets more tires on that day. I went on Wednesday of that week, and was told that the place did not have the size tires I needed. I was given the owner’s number to request a refund. I called on three separate days and times, and received no answer. I requested a refund on Cashapp and explained my issue, and my refund was declined by Josh. I will not be returning to this tire shop. The irresponsible choice to place the wrong size tire, inability to answer their business line, and refusal of my refund has soured my confidence in this business.

Everytime I bought a tire from them its always a bad tire. When the father was living he had better service and quality tires. The service there is not the same.

The worst place for tire replacement. I found them on Facebook and asked if the tires were all-season, and from the photos, they all appeared to be from the same brand.
However, when I arrived, those tires were no longer available. Instead, they put on tires from three different brands, though at least the size was consistent. I noticed a bulge on one tire only after it had been installed—should have inspected it more carefully right away.
Their balancing machine was broken, and the worker told me to call the owner. When I called, the owner told me to come back the next day. I did, but the machine was still broken.
I drove 30 minutes there specifically for this service, but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed.
Stay away from this place.

This guy comes on like he's your best friend but doesn't come through on his word he sold me 40. What appearef to be decent used tires but didn't balance them them they shook all over the road I returned immediately he said his balancing machine was out get it done elsewhere I'll pay I've been to his shop text him but given the brush off I even offered to split what he was supposed to pay STILL bla bla bla

A friend sent me to UpTowne when he heard me talking about needing tires, so i took his advice. i got a set of used tires for $150, mounted and balanced that have about 75% of the tread left on them. It saved me a ton of money. I was looking at $600 cost from a major tire chain. I will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family in the future!
