Friendly yet professional personnel. They knew a lot about an sx4 Susuki which is unusual as there aren't a lot of them in this area. I had them replace valve cover gaskets. I will also go back in the future for oil changes or any service needs.

After having taken all my vehicles across town to my brother’s repair shop for years, I was in search for a new place close to home. My first visit to Urb’s was great! I felt an honest vibe which is the most important thing to me when it comes to car repairs. I came in for an oil change and they did not try to talk me in to any other repairs. They even rotated my tires for free! The brakes were inspected and I received the good news that they would be fine for a while longer. I will definitely be going back to Urb’s!

I called Urbs and spoke to Donnie regarding a rim replacement. He provided a quote for the rim and advised that he would order the item and call when its available at the service location. I waited 10 days without a call . Happened to call today to check on the status and was told by Donnie that they item wasn't available. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend. Now I have to start from point A after wasting almost 2 weeks without my car repair.

I was very happy with the service that I received. The staff was so friendly and helpful and were able to find the part needed for my car and got me taken care of in just several hours. I will definitely use Urbs again. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I will never take my car to anyone else! I trust what they tell me and they are very honest about what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. Their prices are very reasonable, they do quality work, and everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend them!

All the guys at Urbs Garage were fantastic!!! Very polite, professional and honest. I won't go anywhere else, it's my second time going there and both times they did an excellent job!!!

After a short diagnosis, they kindly tell me in detail what is wrong with my car. If it is a small problem that is easy to handle but requires only expertise, sometimes, they fix it for free. As you all know, most other big repair shops charge for their knowledge in such cases.
