The two people ( male and female) that worked the first shift today need to be fired immediately. They simple dont represent this company the way they should. Worst experience I've ever had at Us bank and I've been with them for almost 10 years.

I can’t believe a manager can be so ruthless when dealing with a customer your business will be discussed with other bank employees there is no business customer privacy and her tone of voice is not professional people like Jill. Munch should not represent a bank like this she have no respect when talking to client went into her office and she had a variation symbol in her desk and when I ask about it she got so upset US Bank need to terminate this manager expeditiously

If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars us bank on queens gate location the manager and the staff are so very rude you can see the difference when a color person walk in to the branch you can feel you are not welcome here you get no smile no nothing but when a white person comes in you can see how they put on there happy face jill munch the manager at the branch let it been know. She is not happy helping out color people think an internal investigation need to be done at this branch because race is a big factor in there operations if you need any help with your account are business choose a different bank are branch do not go to this location you will be humiliated federal law suit coming soon

Worst branch ever. You will spend at least 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of you guaranteed.

Branches hours dont match what's online with what they say when you get to the branch they make their own times up. I'm highly upset as a customer came all the way from across town to go to this branch got there and they're close. Wow online says they close at 5 PM. Thanks the time online so you won't have this problem in the future with future customers!

Car loans rates were more competitive than other banks and the Branch Manager who handled the loan was very professional.

I can't believe the wait in the drive thru !!! You would think that the manager or someone would cover lunch time when they know people use there lunch breaks to do some of their banking needs !! Please don't go to this branch if you want fast service !

Been banking with US Bank for 30+ years. They have a drive-thru tellers and drive up ATM machine. The tellers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick.
