Drive through ATM is not truck friendly. The machine was so low I had to get out to use it and the lane is incredibly narrow. Plus the turn to get out is really tight. If you drive a truck, pick a different ATM.

Another understaffed business using the current affairs as an excuse to not have enough staff while they are making more money than ever. Ridiculous wait times at the drive through and the lobby is closed.

This branch is an absolute joke!!! The Manager blamed me for her staff's series of errors instead of having any accountability whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and go to a different branch or better yet, close your accounts at US Bank and go to another institution that cares about customer service!!!

The slowest service in the city by far. Only other branch worse is in Norwood. Tellers are aloof, rude & slow. I go out of my now to other branches to avoid this one at all cost. Have sat waiting for service 10 mins or longer in drive thru at least a dozen times.

I was told there were people ahead of me in the lobby and I would need to hold. After waiting 37 minutes for no one I decided to call back. It's now 4:05 and there closed and won't answer. That's sorry customer service

My wife accidentally sent in a over payment of $2,500.00. We called them and they acknowledged the error and stated they would send the check out the next day. 6 weeks later still no check. The dealership I manage will not be using US Bank for leases until this is resolved. 9 calls to them, all with a promise of the refund and nothing has happened. Talked to Doug Pitts 6/17/2020 who stated the refund would be mailed over night. Stay tuned. Poor service, poor communication, unfulfilled promises made. Ethically, US Bank should be ashamed.

I've lived ridiculously close to US Bank branch locations twice now. Once on the West Coast, within half a mile at two different places in the same city. Now I'm on my second location after returning to Cincinnati and they're still the closest walkable bank. But that Interagency Federal Credit Union looks really appealing as banks are all basically the same in what they offer, and if you own the bank it's cheaper. Having the extra funds with my checking/savings combo to get free checking, I can probably qualify for something free to get started over there and then don't expect to be back. And a story about today should explain. I had a relative die where i was their next of kin and the only one available to probate their estate. I moved, and right as I left got served with some notice to file routine paperwork, and had to get my new address to my lawyer for the reply. I emailed it but they were out of town and missed it, so the court was nice enough to call, but today on the deadline for a technical rules infraction, which being retired from the profession myself I'd very much rather avoid. I find this out walking into a routine appointment today and play phone tag for an hour to get this form emailed to me, so I can print it out and get it to a notary. I get to US Bank at 4pm where I've had stuff notarized before. In theory it could still get filed today but it's not (that) big a deal, it just does need to be done immediately/promptly, as directed. The stuff I find hard to explain starts here. It's an official form of the state of Ohio and Hamilton County. An affidavit that a property was foreclosed on by another court and therefore I don't have 'a current account' to show for it in the listing. And at the bottom is a line for the judge to sign accepting the affidavit form, all very routine. But the first notary working that afternoon said no, I would have to go to the court house alone to get my notary seal. Said specifically and more than once it was their understanding of their notary training. Well really, a notary is a notary is a notary. They don't have special notaries at the courthouse, never have. And the judge doesn't meet with you and a notary in his chambers so you can all sign this special form together. And yes, this is the implication of their being correct about this, a key selling point to banking with them, free notary. And the really annoying part, I've been a notary myself in the Navy for over eighteen months. Notarized thousands of documents. Knew this was absolute garbage, and I might add that the clerk had reacted negatively towards me upon my arrival at their teller window. I finally asked where the nearest US Bank location was, because first I had asked if there was another notary I could talk to, but the second notary merely said that if the first one said no then automatically they would decline. I might have wasted my time with front line management, but that would have been a waste of time. A good thing they told me the Ludlow corridor branch without calling ahead and poisoning the well for me there, as I casually mentioned to the notary teller there that there was a line at the bottom of the form for the judge to sign, and that he was a member of the notable Winkler family. Problem solved ten minutes before closing, and really I'd have probably switched as soon as I checked bank distances on Yelp for my new location. But at the same time...

This branch of US bank is friendly and welcoming. I've developed a friendly relationship with the cashiers and I've even brought friends here to open an account. While each person needs to carefully evaluate which bank fits them best, US bank is the right bank for me. And I would recommend it to anyone.
