Extremely racist employees in a female and I came in trying to open a checking account with them and as soon as I stepped foot in the building I could feel the racism coming from all employees I was stared at the whole and they told me to take my hood as if they were scared of me. You can clearly see my face I had my hood on because I was having a bad hair day and they were so rude to me . Don’t come here!

Used to love this bank but have since switched. The last day we banked here it just feels like we're being discriminated against. I don't like the way I was treated and over heard a man that works there saying he took a picture of me. They are not allowed to do that. This is why we switched banks. You should not be made to feel like that where you keep your money.

I spend two days trying to get a hold of this bank and all you get is no one to talk to. I have to say I have been with us bank for 15 years and every year it keeps getting worse on customer service. Maybe next week I need to start looking at new banks.

Pretty consistently an awful experience more often than not which I honestly don’t like to report such reviews but it is just the truth - seems like if you take the time to walk in rather than wait a lifetime in the drive thru the experience is some how not as bad ? Strange observation I know …

4: 40 is already closed, it is very bad since they close at 5 pm, if not put on the sign that they close at 4 pm

Want to the atm to deposit money it said it deposited the money gave me my card back when I checked my account the money wasn’t there. I’ve only had my account open for about 2 weeks and have had nothing but issues. Definitely don’t recommend us bank.

You will sit in their drive thru for 40 minutes. Literally. Worst branch there is. They prioritize the lobby but considering how much gas is now you'd think that the drive thru would get a little attention.

While calling to settle some issues I was having with my account some lady was extremely rude, cutting me off in the middle of sentences, loud, and would not listen to my issue before repeating the same thing over and over. If she would of stopped and listened she would of understood what I was trying to ask. She then tells me “she does not have time to go back and forth with me because she has a customer” (Could of just asked me to hold). Things like this should not happen in customer service. This was one of the worst customer services I have experienced and judging by the rest of the reviews this happens a lot at this branch. Called a different branch and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes.

My local branch closed so I have to go to this branch now. The staff is very polite. I went to deposit a check on a Wednesday and the branch was just closed with no reason just said visit another branch 4-5 miles away. This location has horrible hours. Wait time is long. I feel bad for the staff. After banking with US bank for over 10 years, I am ready to leave.
