I have been a regular at several US Bank branches and this one is my favorite by far. Super friendly and helpful staff. I'm so grateful to have moved to Norwood and discovered this branch. Love the people and atmosphere!

This bank is run by incompetent simpletons who cannot figure out how to do their jobs, I almost lost thousands of dollars because they cant be bothered to care or pay attention. Late stage capitalism is going to kill us all.

This branch does not issue certified checks (even to current customers) they also do not have a Notary Public.

On the day that I made a deposit, there was rarely a line. There were 3 tellers on duty, but one has not only helped me but also answered some questions.

Make a appointment -arrive on time doors locked with tiny note saying call if you had an appointment-straight to voicemail. F this bank wasting people’s time.

I’ve Experienced Horrible customer service at this location multiple times.I try not to even go in if I don’t absolutely need to because of this.The last experience the lady was so disrespectful and rude to me(it’s unbelievable she works in customer service.Like somebody else’s review said( I also felt belittled)I’ve been a customer with US BANK for over 15 years and it’s Really unacceptable to be treated like that.But there’s no sense in even complaining because Unfortunately It wouldn’t change anything.Very disappointed!!

Came by to get paperwork notarized. They always have a notary on staff. The wait is never too long. We have also come here to sign for a home loan that we took out in a different state. The staff here are very accommodating and helpful. They double check things and make sure to take the time to answer questions and seek help if something is unclear. Highly recommend!

Extremely slow drive thru service. If it only happened once, I wouldn't complain. But 3 times in a row, with wait times of 12 to 18 minutes just to make a mortgage payment seems like a trend. It didn't help that after the teller finally took our transaction out of the tube, he waited on someone inside before processing our payment.
