There were 2 staff members with absolutely no customers in the bank. My wife and I walked in to open checking accounts with 35 mins left for closing time.We were sent back saying we need to book prior appointments to open a checking accounts.Also we were told the appointments could be booked online.We could clearly see lack of any interest in helping out customers

I recall when US Bank offered banking services, like allowing someone to open a checking/savings account by simply waiting in line and not making an appointment 2 weeks later (there were 2 people working and nobody waiting in line). They also used to regularly have notaries on staff. This branch might as well be a set of ATMs.
