I just opened a checking account at this branch. Not even a full week there they have frozen my account saying I have to verify to them who I am. I opened the account with a check from my retirement company which also banks with them. Please don't waste your time opening a account with them. They have almost $3000 of my hard earned money frozen. And now I have to wait 2 business days for them to even look at the information I emailed.

I've been trying to call this branch for 20 minutes now. and can't get ahold of anyone. ive litterally got over 21 thousand dollars in my hand and all I want to do is speak to banker and open some.accounts. good job guys!!!! good job!

No hand sanitizers anywhere inside (either at the slip table or the teller windows) during a pandemic. Tellers did not hand sanitize in between customer transaction (same for drive thru). Also asked teller to do a basic transaction for me and was told to pull up my phone and do it on the app. Thanks for your help.

Only offering drive thru service due to covid.... however, will only have one teller working both of the lines and tending to the inside appointments.... Been “at the window” waiting on a money order for 30 minutes.You’d think a year into covid protocols they would have figured it out by now.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Brian, the Branch Manager, for making my recent visit so great! I made an appointment online to speak to someone about my account and a few changes I was interested in making. Even though the bank was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, the staff made sure to have someone meet with me right at 12 since that is when I had a scheduled appointment for. Brian was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend and advise great options for my account going forward. I would definitely recommend asking for Brian and utilizing the online appointment schedule for future visits!

This branch is one of the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I was a teller coordinator for USB and understand the challenges that come with the job but cmon this is downright embarrassing. The company should look for more experienced tellers at this location. Y'all are a joke.

I really doesn't seem very safe for me to have to park my car and walk to the ATM with a stack of cash in my hands. Also upsetting that I cant make a cash deposit here. I'm done with u.s. bank I will be cancelling my bank account tomorrow . Checking and savings as clearly you do not value your customers AT ALL!!!!!

We have been customers of the Edwards Road (Hyde Park) branch for decades. The number of errors committed with our transactions is appalling. Oh, its not every day, but at least every other week there is an error with our deposit. It is extremely frustrating that we have to spend time daily making sure the BANK did things correctly. We have no faith in them. Aren't bank tellers supposed to be the place where the buck stops for accuracy? I won't change branches as these folks will most likely be turned over in time. BANK MANAGER, let's get it together, eh??
