Had an urgent issue and called this branch to resolve it. Spoke with a guy named Malik who was completely useless. Wasn’t able to simply stop a single transaction, which I’ve done before, and wanted to deactivate my debit card and issue a new one. He also acted like he was inconvenienced by a phone call because he had other customers in the lobby as well. Terrible customer service and obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. Very frustrating and only added to what was already an extremely stressful situation.

I took my mother to US Bank today, she is 91 and has a lot of health issues, blind being one. As I was waiting in line ? She announced that she needed the bathroom! Tough luck !! There is NO bathroom !! Or I was lied to . Although security and the staff were helpful , not having a bathroom is wrong. She had an accident on the way home . Thanks US Bank!!

this is the loudest ATM on the planet. at first, I thought it was a mistake or broken. buts it’s jarring how loud these things are. I can’t believe I just reviewed an ATM. I haven’t even ever gone inside the actual bank. I’m sure they’re nice folks.

Absolute WORSE branch in the city of Cincinnati Ohio. The little high yellow HEFFA (MINA) behind the counter was down right rude, NASTY AND EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT!!!! Her "manager" who sat just feet away from her. Just sat and watched as she blatantly disrespected my mother and myself. I will now be registering a complaint with the BBB in the hopes of getting them both terminated. I will NEVER go back nor recommend this location TO ANYONE.

This bank is very unprofessional the Bank associate was very rude I pulled into the drive thru window and sat there for like 15 mins no one ever assisted me at the window so I walked into the building and this security man told me they was short of help and like I explained to him I can see that but the professional thing to do is let the person at the window know that they can either come inside or if they can be a lil patient because it’s very busy today. The associate Mina did neither she laughed at the situation while the security officer told me to go to another branch which I thought was very rude. I told him I could not leave and go to another branch because my information was already in the tube that leads inside the bank. The bank manger Brandon was also present but was busy assisting someone in the office. I am very disappointed with how rude the office was today.

Terrible customer service , teller decided to answer phone calls while the line had 5 people in it. Not very helpful or trying to get the line down.

Everytime I go in here this one female employee is so rude. At first I thought it was just me, but seeing other people's comments here made me think otherwise. My vehicle is disabled at the moment and I had to walk to the bank today, and due to the heat index the female working at 2pm, didn't greet me or make me feel welcome, instead she said, and I quote, "You must be absolutely insane!" Wow, that was extremely rude! No, "Hi how are you today?"or "Be safe out in the heat." She is just rude and is like that every time I go in there. I needed a notary public and no one was available, and due to limited funds and my car being disabled I opted to walk the short distance to take care of what I needed today and was met with a rude employee, and that service not being available for a customer. I'll be switching too a credit union soon.

This particular location treated me like a subpar human because I didn't want my personal address associated with the business acct I was attempting to open as a survivor. I gave full disclosure that I was a survivor and why. Yet instead of explaining why I needed to disclose it or my other options to reserve the right to not disclose, the clerk refused to open my account and told me that "We are not comfortable opening an account for you". A completely different clerk jumped in and explained the process to me and why and I understood yet even after that, the original clerk I was working with still refused to open my account. I called corporate and they apologized but no one fixed the issue. I tried to open an account online and it told me I had to still come in with ID and I have already done that and was completely triggered. I am not going back in. I do not recommend this location at all. They are insensitive and quality customer service is dependable. I am a domestic violence survivor and clergy abuse survivor with an active 10 year protective order. This location is disgusting to me as a woman who is trying very hard to pull my life back together and just launched my gardening and landscaping business which is therapeutic and beneficial to me. I was referred here by one of my clients and came in excited and hopeful, I had checks ready to deposit and all of my business paperwork. I even called the secretary of state while sitting at the desk with the clerk but no, I just make people uncomfortable somehow just by existing and trying to remain safe.

Aug. 7, 2020 - I had a lady helping me in drive thru named Patty. I needed$10 quarters and $10 from my account. The lady was dressed with a teenager knot in her top, text on her cellphone, and eating food at the company computer. It was so unprofessional. I asked her name. She said" Patty, why is there a problem!" Smart mouth and all. I'm like while the professional banking is over already. She went back into the vault to get some quarters with the cellphone. The other person working was available to help a man and get his money back before my Patty desired to finish helping me with my $20. It took from 11:45 a.m. - 12:08 p.m. for my transaction. It seem long to me but I was not that busy. Patty doesn't value or respect the company or it's customers.
